Alright, I’m beating a dead horse here..
I got my personal trifecta now. My first and only LEGO set as a kid, the LEGO set I always wanted as a kid, and the set I’ve been waiting years for as an adult.
Yasss!
I haven’t seen it yet. I’m going to watch it because I’ve heard a lot of positive reviews. I’ll probably continue to watch anything marvel, it just won’t be high on my list.
Maybe if they had a set specific mini/Poly/BHZ promo tie in, but no reason to buy this now especially with the $800 UCS AT-AT coming out in 4 months unless you want to build it.
if anything i would have thought there would have been more pent up demand since no one had gotten their hands on any. this is really bad. early indicators point to poop emoji hands rather than diamond hands my inner qfll was hoping for. the promo and burnt vip points cushion the early stink.
i'm sure a $159.99 play set would have instantly sold out and flippable for $300+ but this thing no one seems to want it. the other tip off was the shop at home website didn't crash for once due to anemic demand.
Hey does anyone know someone who might have experience in determining the structural integrity of ad hoc structures built with smaller randomly sized pieces? I think there could be something here that could make us some money but I can't quite ...
Probably to fill up the tray so the boxes would not move around so much. The size of the tray / pallet is fixed so it is up to LEGO to fill those up as efficiently as possible.
Wow they even remade the designer video and removed the Punisher from it (the video, NOT the set).
I sold all the MINIFIGURES for $218
the stickers for $25
the newspaper printed tiles for $25
and the taxi for $25
Left with the 3K+ piece set to build and add to my city.
