  1. "The court filing does not indicate whether federal investigators believe that Morss used the 1032-piece Lego set in preparation for his alleged rampaging on January 6." The person that wrote this article is an idiot.

  7. Summer of Soul, a full length documentary in theaters and on Hulu, my early pick for academy award for best documentary. There were some great never before seen performances. It opens with Stevie Wonder playing the drums and there is a great segment on the 5th Dimension, and then there is Sly.

  8. Sold Finch Dallow for 320CHF, 2 full minifigs left plus 4 heads. Looking at the number of sellers left worldwide on ebay and bricklink I think I will just hold them. They don't take up much space anyways.

  10. They could definitely do the soup guy using the character’s real name (Yev Kassem), just like they did with this Funko Pop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. That’s good ☝️ Lego can’t win: if they made the brick wall a GWP w/ suit Jerry then the general public would outcry. They include it and A few resellers whine that Lego should’ve made it a GWP so they can profit off of it. Resident contrarian, Mathew thinks the best possible outcome was to include an alt Jerry minifig with suit to make everyone happy (except resellers).

  14. Yep. I don’t see how Lego messed up by not releasing it as a GWP. It would have cost them money and been negligible as far as bringing in more sales. Right. A separate Jerry in a suit is the only thing that would make a brick wall have value as a GWP.

  15. It would have to include a new minifigure because Jerry always performed in a suit.

  18. $5 in my local WM. Allegedly (according to the WM app) there are 2 more left, but couldn't find them after a quick run around the electronics aisle. This one had been dumped on a shelf in the LEGO aisle.

  20. First images of 75319 (Mandalorian Forge) on Instagram- #legoleaks 3 minifigures, 258 parts, looks similar in size to 75299, so presumably £30.... could do well!

  22. Well, that was quick. No longer a rumor: Coming August 1: 40481 Cockatiel (#135) and Chick (#136) 40480 Ginger Tabby (#133) and Kitten (#134) 40482 Hamster (#137) and Baby Hamster (#138) That leaves us with just two unaccounted for at the moment - #149 and #150.

  25. they can magnify the BEST and WORSE of us Yup, clowned for my "cheap shoes" every day by these two kids just before 5th period (which always ruined my lunch dreading it) Coming from an immigrant household where parents worked 13 hours/day 7 days a week...my shoe choices were limited to Payless Shoe Source (pre-dates Ross/Marshalls/TJ Maxx options we have today)...looking back I am glad I was raised well enough NOT to ask my parents for more expensive shoes...and to the parents of Tony Grassis and Richard Harden...F you for the crappy values you taught your kids)

  29. Not looking to rehash (I've suffered enough) - In short (or not so short), I purchased an old christmas train set from the seller, the connector wires to connect to the live tracks (which were said to work perfectly) were completely frayed, and not functioning. After a back & forth, partial refund suggestion, they didn't follow through. I opened a return request, needed to escalate, and returned it. They received it, ending up insisting that i either "accidently" switched them with another set (in which case, could I send the good ones back to them), or I did so on purpose (which would require them to open a case against me for fraud). I tried to explain that the plastic casing on the old wires become brittle and crumble very easily, and must have done so in transit (the box was filled with the broken wire casings), but they refused to accept that as a possibility (and would not stop accusing me).
