A good friend of mine said "rest" was her biggest problem. Even after she was "over covid-19" she tried to hit work like before and had a relapse that knocked her down for another two weeks. Of course, everyone is different, but I thought her experience might be helpful to you. Definitely get rest and take care of yourself. Praying for you and your family! Also, thank you for sharing about the Pfizer vaccine. That is interesting.

The limit 5 just seems like it is asking people to be upset. The castle was obviously going to sell out, even at a much lower limit. It seems like LEGO could easily have had limit 1 or 2 on day 1, then open up the limit on day 2 if things are really moving that slowly. Sure, maybe grandma wants to get 5 for each of her grandkids, but otherwise who besides resellers like us are buying more than 2 or 3? I guess that LEGO doesn't really care in the end who buys these, but is the program really worth it if you are depending on resellers to help you sell 5k of a unique, limited edition product? I got my 1 castle for personal build and am happy, but the entire set up just seems odd. Ultimately as a collector I want this to be a successful long term program so that we get access to interesting, unique sets, but it seems like it's just asking for a PR mess like with the VIP satellite.

It's kind of like calling Miller Park AmFam Park. It'll take a while, and it's stupid, but I'll get over it. No actual problems in the world will be solved.

Wife and I are both immunized with Moderna. Things are 'reopening' (doing away with mask requirements, social distance markers, hand sanitizer stations, etc.) pretty quickly around us and I would say 95% of people have stopped wearing their masks all together. Great, just in time for all those CONN, RI, MASS, VT, FLA, VIRGINIA, PENN plates to show up here for vacation. (I commute to work and easily notice when the license plate numbers increase dramatically.) All while other parts of the globe are going back into lockdown with variant outbreaks in the vaccinated. Needless to say, we will not be changing our behaviors that have allowed us to stay safe this long. Stay safe my friend and make sure to keep an eye on those high sales velocity sets😋

at the end of the day, resellers ( not just Lego) are their own worst enemy. Many changes in the past few years by retailers were a direct result of our ( and others ) behavior, then we complain about it

There are a lot of people complaining about the limit and resellers on the BL site (nothing new I know) but I'm sure that the designers are happy that people can buy more than one to help push their projects over the line. Those same people would probably be equally disappointed if the project they supported didn't make it to 3k. It does make me wonder if TLG will up the production limit, but it seems a bit late now.

We just returned home from Universal Studios Florida. As others have said, plan, plan, plan... We almost got caught because we didn't realize the reservation program for restaurants was not on the app but only available through the website. That is a poor design. Two must do rides: 1) Hagrid's Motorbike and definitely the 2) Velocicoaster (70 mph (twice - from inside box structures) and a 80 degree drop after the second "launch"). This is not my video, but it gives you a good impression of the Velocicoaster if you have not been there. I confess I could not stop laughing the whole ride (all three times). After the second launch, there are at least three times when you feel like you're going to fall out of your seat.

I can't see how this could possibly be a good thing to be linked to your SAH account, or to your address. No quicker way to identify resellers than to see the accounts gobbling up 5 limited sets. Hopefully everyone was smart and used a spare account with a different card, and shipped it to a friend or a relative.

That just sends you to the BL page without buy bottom.
