So that was pretty quick. Just received an email 20 minutes after claim was opened. "We have granted an A-to-z Guarantee claim of $614.84 on order 111-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx. We have covered the cost of the refund and have not counted the claim against your Order Defect Rate." My account couldnt have handled an order defect so Im pretty relieved. Thanks guys.5 points

From SD (just an FYI for the person that normally posts these, not only to denote not my find but some people don’t like to buy “deals” that have been posted for a long time on SD although this one is fresh) But I know @LegoStevewants these. Limit 3 per order. Lowest price per CCC https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lego-star-wars-tm-the-mandalorian-the-child-75317/6403120.p?skuId=64031203 points

Any additional info yet on this? Will it be an option at checkout or something? Or will after purchase of the shuttle you'll be able to redeem points for the probe in the VIP rewards section and have 60 days to claim on your next purchase? This is surely going to be a disaster... Lego, just make it a Day-1 GWP!3 points

The list doesnt make me a sense... Saturn in 2021? No logic to re-issue it just for 1 year. Treehouse - it was planned to retire last year, but was delayed. But delay for 2 years, so 3 years life, doesnt make a sense... Central Perk - will reach 2 years this year, dont expect 3 years life for this set...2 points

Given 21318 Tree House was originally thought to be retiring at the end of 2020, a two-year postponement suggests it’s selling exceptionally well. - ahem, thanks guys look what youve done lol2 points

That probably means they called or chatted with a rep and the A-Z was entered for them. I would explain the shipping was purchased through Amazon Shipping Services and should be covered by Amazon policy. I always include the latest tracking information and all of the site scans along the way to delivery or where it was lost. I received many of these over the holidays and was deemed not responsible for all of them. "Hello, shipping for this item was purchased from USPS through Amazon and Amazon guarantees coverage for the seller if shipping is purchased through Amazon and the item is shipped on time. The item now shows delivered, so it may have been delivered to the wrong address, or the buyer needs to return it. Delivery Information Time Location Event Details : First Scan Out for Delivery Delivered Thank you!"2 points

Simple question ... I’ve been away for a couple weeks, and now cannot find the Lot Price Calculator feature anymore. Did I miss something?1 point

Pre-Orders available at LEGO.com (USA) for Darth Vader Helmet, Scout Trooper Helmet, and Imperial Probe Droid!1 point

Previous shelflife of sets no longer applies post COVID in my opinion, due to increased current sets in production / manufacturing capacity constraints etc. I wouldn't be surprised if the above list is about 80/90% accurate.1 point

I think they should do Architecture style of each of the Castles in the theme parks. Something rather detailed, but desktop/display worthy. The rumor Ive seen is a Disney Ice Castle, but I have no idea what one that would be and if its even going to pan out.1 point

LEGO is extremely frustrating. They release this line right before May the 4th knowing it will sell out before getting the GWP. Don't get me wrong i know why they do it. $$$$$$$$$$$ but its just frustrating as a fan because you are almost forced to preorder it now without a GWP because it will be sold out prior to M4.1 point

also note that these were at 30% discount BF LEGO Shop at Home in the year they first came out...and I would suspect something similar as they near retirement...but there's a good chance LEGO opts to keep these around to pair w/ the "ageless" (read, never gonna retire) Cinderella Castle set. just saying 30% off is nice, but I, personally wouldn't make a trip just for that as it's not that great in the greater scheme of things1 point

Not fair - That logic applies to all transactions, not just to freight forwarders (plus most of them would not be involved in such things, as it would ruin their business). So unless someone wants to live a life in total fear - you simply have to live your life (while taking the proper precautions).1 point

Lol, I was wondering the same thing. Like how does amazon know its a her? Surely in this day and age they dont simply simply auto determine that. the 3rd party talk reminds me of:1 point

Imo I just don't see it. 500 seems like a dream. I know there lovely prints but will collectors/artists really go for these, it's not like anyone famous has done them or theres some signed product that's super rare. Look I'd love for you to be right but time and time again I see these VIP promos drop in price Also no one is certain about how many there is worldwide. In the UK alone the sketches go from around 30 to 370 so far. Not really sure how the numbers are being distributed but stonewars say Germany got 360, does this apply to the EU or just them. It could still be a possibility that there is alot more about, it would be nice to get some sort of official confirmation that it is worldwide as I'm guessing that plays a big role in the value. I do however agree that the more these become known to folks the better they'll do. I suppose just incase I better put the kids framed ones a little higher so there out of reach, it will be look but don't touch lol.1 point
-
Lol you sound like me. To be fair though you certainly aren't the only one who passed on them. I only got them for my kids to frame to put in there bedroom and if they didn't want them I would of passed. Not many would have seen this coming with there value. Let's face it in a few weeks they'll probably by worth around 20 once they all get listed and flood the market, 20 was the value I put them on1 point

Reading reviews from brickset, It seems that in North america the prints get sent in a cardboard box, and in UK they just get placed on top of the set you ordered. Not sure if it is a cost saving exercise, but would have thought the negative feedback of getting damaged prints would outweigh the cost of adding a "do not bend" cardboard envelope.1 point

well you'll get the points back if you email them a reason...I said Covid which is he catchall scapegoat for everything. I got a poster just because my sister is a fig Pooh fan...but currently after-market prices are reaching the "she doesn't need to know" level1 point

The first of my 5 Pooh sketches arrived today. Quality is quite nice and it's printed on card stock paper. Each one is also individually numbered. I imagine certain numbers ie: #1, #1000, etc will increase the value. Haven't seen any of these for sale yet and curious of the value collectors are putting on these.1 point

I'd be very wary of this one. I had a similar order about a week ago…the address you posted looked familiar. I double checked mine, and a very expensive LEGO set sold to a first time buyer was slated to go to an address right across the street from this one, which happens to be a huge freight forwarding company. Needless to say, the only contact I had with them was a cancellation notice on the order…I absolutely do not ship through freight forwarders. I know others have without difficulty, but I'm small time, and don't have the cushion to deal with scammers. I've had to cancel a few orders like this over the past year…never heard a peep back from any of them.1 point
