More states lowered their reporting thresholds. It's possible that the people reporting are in those states, but unaware of the changes.

Yeah...I’m still scratching my head regarding both of those plays. Terrible officiating aside, the Packers didn’t do enough to win. Only 7 points off the three Brady picks won’t cut it. Picked up Mickey & Minnie (using points) for my wife and I to build (earning a different kind of points). Also grabbed the Mandalorian keychain, 42119 Monster Jam Max-D, and some Mario Series 2 blind bags because why not.

While this may be true at the Federal level, your state may not be so kind, especially if they're strapped for cash. My guess/experience is states are more likely to be more proactive in making sure they get their share.

Yeah, I was surprised when I got the email from PayPal saying I had a 1099 ready. After researching why a bit I learned that VA lowered it's threshold for reporting to $600 instead of the federally mandated $20k. I assume now that I will be receiving one from Ebay managed payments and Mercari as well Time to start digging through receipts and shipping fees I guess. Also time to start tracking mileage driven to stores checking for clearance, to the post office and to meet up with buyers/sellers for local stuff.

I got mine and while I don't really sell much LEGO anymore, the total seems to account for ALL monies in, despite from where, so my figures are off by thousands. Not sure how this will work on once compiled.

I have "no tax documents" for 2020 via the PayPal site. I'. assuming I'm safe...for now.

I got an email from Paypal. I printed mine off already. It's listed with the total per month and it's interesting to see how it drops to zero in November and December due to Managed Payments. Should we expect to get on from Ebay as well?

I don't have anything yet. I'm not in the above states and did not do over $20K.

What impresses me most about TB12 in this day in age?!? How many QB's have left upto 100mil+ on the table to spread around to the rest of the team? Not only did his play elevate the Pats, his willingness to restructure and never taking a max contract is something always overlooked when talking about his legacy.

This list doesn't do anything for me. I wouldn't get any of the top four. I've never understood why people love that Classic Space theme so much. Nothing about that vintage says space to me with their blocky, right angle ships. Now, Forestmen on the other hand...

I see examples of a weaker one hyping up the prior better version; also assures that LEGO will not release another "better one" for at least 2 years or more. Also can't discount the anniversary series uniqueness and collectability; of which the Slave is the largest set. W/ The Book of Boba release in Dec...I only see reasons for the set to keep climbing as the series continues (unless it sucks)

Lantern Festival same footprint as Assembly Square. They put a lot of expensive pieces and build techniques that you will never see in the finished product when they could have just used some grey 4x2s and decreased the cost. All printed pieces, some dual sided prints and translucent prints. This is a premium set.

I decided to start 10276 Colosseum last night. Definitely going to take my time building and enjoying this one.

In excitement for the Gardens arriving, built a couple smaller Ninjago sets. Wu's Battle Dragon was my favorite of the 3, I loved the final product. I've missed on discounts for the Skull Sorcerer's dragon so far, I'll hopefully find that one soon. "Thou shall not buy Lego at full retail unless a promo is included"

No inside information or anything, but my Target did just put up a new plexiglass display case featuring all three of the current helmets this week. I doubt Lego would have sent displays to the stores if they were planning on retiring these anytime soon.

The greatest? Pretty conceited generation if they named themselves "The Greatest Generation" though. The Baby boomers got their name because of the boom of babies born post-WW2. They are the ones who started labeling everyone else. Of course their parents are the "greatest" and everyone else just gets letters - because it all revolves around them. lol

The 20K and 200 sale rule is out the window this year with paypal. It doesn't matter how much you did through your paypal account. You will be 1099-K and sent to IRS. This won't be an issue for most just fyi.

I dont understand why I am getting 1099K on some of my paypal accounts - $740.73 w. 48 transactions. On the 1099K form itself - it says does not meet the threshhold.
