Looks like it’s Death Star II GWP for $75 Star Wars

Ordered ten. All ten showed up in great shape and packed very well. Those tumbler sets sell for around $30 shipped on eBay. I listed both of mine locally on Facebook marketplace for $20 each. They both sold within an hour. They do make a nice little gift for a Harley enthusiast, and I had no use for them, so it was a good way to reduce my cost on the Fat Boys by another $40. Something to consider if they will just end up in a closet collecting dust.

Wow, I reached 140 k$ in FBA sales this year and that’s a milestone for me. Honestly, I cannot do much more than that doing this as a side job and out of my home basement. May be I should consider quitting my main job and doing it full time out of a warehouse. But given how Amazon has been recently and how stores are locking up sourcing Legos for resellers I am okay with where I am.

I have had no issues with placing multiple pickup orders in the same store with the same info. These don't go via any validation AFAIK, so no enforcing of limits. Plus, the listing says "maximum 5 per customer" so just use that as an argument in the store if anyone complains. FWIW, no-one on Reddit has mentioned yet that this is available in-store. I think it's only known in reseller circles, especially as B&N isn't advertising these as it isn't part of a promo (anymore). This one will slip quietly out-of-stock. I see $120+ as a future target once the completionists figure out these are gone. Also, I don't know who here covers Dayton and Columbus, OH, but YOU'RE SLACKING! Still available in 3-4 stores in that area. I just haven't the time to make the drive (45mins to Dayton, 1.5hr to Columbus).

As a consumer, this really upsets me. The buy box has Amazon's crazy price and there is a prime seller for $140 less that I have to search for. They get fulfilled by the same company from the same stock in the same time. I really hope the antitrust suit is going somewhere Edit: there actually is the line "may be available at a lower price" but so small and I'm sure most won't notice.

1M in sales, at this point i'm going to need some help from Amazon as some of my flips aren't panning out. If it doesn't happen this year it probably wont happen for a while down the road. I've come to the realization that the volume necessary is way more then I can handle given my current infrastructure and processes. I was looking at this year vs last years metrics and i've seen an 80% increase in average selling price per item. I'm curious if anyone else has noticed similar jumps in average selling price?

They did have the minifigure set that stayed exclusive and, so far, Hedwig has been exclusive to there and Zavvi (randomly). I think it will probably show up again but only directly from SAH/LEGO stores.

I was at a store that supposedly had some in stock from what the website told me. I couldn't find them and asked for help and I provided the stock number. The clerk said that they didn't have any and that the store couldn't order any because they were all gone from the distribution center. I think that once these are gone they are gone and some may regret not pulling the trigger on more. These will be >$100 next Q4.

I did an in-store pickup on the first and bought the rest in store in 2 separate purchases as I didn't want to buy them out in one go and be told no.

Unless you have a partner in the business, I think you have to do the LLC as an S-corp to get it around this. Amazon specifically says that single member LLCs are recognized as sole proprietorships and they require you to register that way. I've never taken the time to change mine, but have thought of adding my wife to the LLC to make it a partnership. I hate rocking the boat with Amazon on stuff like this for fear of triggering something with their "bots", but maybe after the holidays.

From my understanding DBA will not work either because your tax declaration is still a sole proprietorship. Essentially, when you file your taxes, your name is at the top of the taxes. I posted something related to this in the open ban discussion. Essentially corporations can easily tie your name or address to you if you are a reseller. I'd ensure your business address and name are completely unassociated with your buying accounts name/address. Once the holiday season is over I'm going to work on getting everything separated. I'll probably get an LLC. Amazon technically requires one.

Good luck. I just crossed 1M for the 4th year in a row (no employees, no warehouse) and it is tough work. Profit margin per sale is definitely way up this year compared to the previous couple years. This will probably not be my highest sales year, but will be my highest profit year by a long shot. Hopefully the inventory limits will be more intelligently rolled out by next Q4. Some of this Mandalorian/Baby Yoda stuff is selling 200 units a day and they are not increasing the limits above 200 until it will be too late.

A trick I've noticed that worked 4 times in the past 24 hrs. Came across this because of my pure laziness and not wanting to create so many ads and upload so many photos. So I've found posting 1 ad of 4 like sets in same theme or dollar amount rather than a separate ad for each listing is working wonders!!! 'These four sets, $20 ea. or all Minecraft, but $25,$30,$35,&$40. Once the interests start to trickle in, I wait until someone wants all 4 (which has been a 15 min wait) and have been firm on price no bundle offers accepted sorry Frankie Fritz demand is too high ;^) Maybe even throw in a free poly if easy transaction and nice buyer. That way I am not making 4 $20 transaction. One meet, 90 bucks. done. Not bad for $20 buy in with no fees. I agree, filtering out the crazies takes some practice/patience, but its not too bad. Becoming quite fluent in temperament analysis. Just need to ignore some and move on. But those Moms/Grandmas/even Grandpas are feeling the crunch and don't want to go into a store. got my first shipment of 5 1 crushed and 1 w/ seals blown...a Harley wheel was at the bottom of the shipping box. They packed it tight and used the Harley Tumblers as air pillows-NOT Presumeably they don't typically pack LEGO sets at Harley D..yet they managed to pack the sets with such utter disdain...that I've only seen from seasoned Target employees...

Ugh... UPS says my MBOM is delivered... Not to me! barnes and noble will send me a new Privet Drive and minifigs, but guess what... no MBOM! 😭😭
