I was scrolling through ebay and happened to look up the upcoming charles dickens promo, I did find a seller who happened to have 10 of them. Anyway I had a look through some of the items this person was selling and came across this Lego 40416 Ice Skating promo which I haven't seen before. Correct me if I'm wrong but is this a new promo that hasn't been announced yet? Could it be free with purchases alongside the Charles Dickens Promo. It does have steering. Last year I became an AFOL with this set. The last time I played legos I was 12 years old (23 years have passed).

I had some Frozen sets that went inactive last year after I already sent them in for FBA. Some of them came back smashed because of the same situation you are describing. I took a picture of the LEGO set, the packing slip, and the bubble mailers with the address label showing and submitted them for reimbursement. Amazon took care of it. The reimbursement was a bit lower than current market value, but I was able to sell the damaged sets on eBay, so it was worth my time.

Even if you make a correct well thought out statement, you will get railroaded if it goes against that groupthink.
