Which part of “die-hard train fan” didn’t you understand?

As I am a die-hard Trains fan, the arrival of 10277 was highly anticipated. Built the set last night: As the gap between the noses and the main cab is unsightly, I proceeded to make the elimination of this gap the next thing I did. There are several methods, one using 1x4x1 panels (first posted on Eurobricks) and Jang's version with cheeseslopes, but both of them sacrificed side details from the original build, so I decided to roll my own mod, loosely based on Jang's. Instructions are in this post on Eurobricks. Here is a render of the final result (waiting for a few missing pieces to arrive to turn my "borrowed pieces" build into a nicely color-matching one):

Sold a Palace Cinema where the box had major dents and creases for $250 to a local repeat buyer. They bought sealed Brick Bank and Grand Emporium sets from me last month, finished them, and wanted another set to build. They've previously asked about my prices for Pet Shop and Detective's Office. It's usually going from coast to coast where you get killed by USPS. If you live in the middle of the country it's probably not that big of a difference unless it's a huge box.

I usually look through old pictures and I'll place value on the item based on how much fun I was having at the time.

in this case, if I were you, I will probably go with fed, for 1. a bit more security. In my own experience, I had issue (lost/damage package) with usps, but never had problem with fedex. 2. even through you are shipping with priority, it's still not guaranteed will be delivered in said window in the current climate. fedex, on the other hand, still appears to be on time. 3. fedex comes with the default $100 for D&L whereas priority only gives you $50 by default.

you will pay through the nose using usps to ship a big dimension package. Typically, fedex and ups are the right way to go. and yes, Fedex will have a surcharge for shipping to a residence versus businese address, there is nothing you can do about it. For shipments without a declared value, FedEx's maximum liability is $100 for damages or losses at no cost.

I see the sort is by set number, but highest to lowest actual price or by percent off would be nice. Maybe a sort by release date as a bonus feature. It is harder to scan the list with this format which makes sorting more important. When there are 100 sets some day it will get overwhelming to scan. Overall, it is easier to process this format than the old list. Thanks.

So a question I have for you for this feed is what levels do you want to see. Right now, its set at 15%. Should there be a simple blanket percentage off like this at a certain level (15%,20%,30%) or I can do it per set starting at 20% off, then adjust in demand sets to be at 0% and will just show up if in stock. The problem of course is everyone will have different ideas of what is important, etc and I am not going to be playing all day adjusting 700+ sets. Yes things are already in progress to allow you to pick your own alerts, but that's not ready yet. Right now I am just talking about this feed and what to display to make this productive for everyone.

Hey, that is much better than most people do (I use H&RBlock online) - most pay $100's more to someone else to plug those numbers in.

Prior to Covid, I always sold in the US domestically, so it's a slightly unfair comparison but I calculated that the US selling price, shipped, is what I received after fees in Canadian. Thus if pet shop is selling for $300 US right now, I would list my pet shop at whatever nets me $300 CDN after fees. I don't know your region of the country so shipping might be cheap or not. I would do the same on local market places.
