We have been going through our Facebook Marketplace find from last month and sorting all of the pieces into each individual set. Now we are finally to the stage of getting to do some building! First up: 10019 UCS Rebel Bloackade Runner, which was missing 0 pieces. We are a little over halfway finished. I did have to order a replacement sticker sheet, which is en route.4 points

I finished building the central perk today, while watching Friends. Good time.3 points

Instead of locking the thread again, which seems inevitable, can we instead consider banning turds like this that can't seem to stop themselves from posting bad political takes and trying to start fights? Please? I mean seriously, you have any number of social media sites you can go to if you wan't to waste time arguing. There are others that will happily engage with you and you can solve all of the country's problems by owning them online.3 points

I’ve been building from bulk and placed a couple Bricklink orders. Do we have a reference for Brickpickers with Bricklink stores? If multiple stores have my items at relatively the same price, I would rather patronize a BPer.2 points

Yesterday Amazon changed the buy box algorithm to give preference to FBM over FBA items that have a 30 day delivery window. The shorter time frame FBA ASINs still win over FBM. Plan accordingly.2 points

Best wishes to you and the family. having the same issue here, between all the alcohol and soap being used, I’ve had paper-cut like openings on the corners of both thumbs.😳 a little trick we learned in school and any dermatologist would recommend. Before bed, apply copious amounts of moisturizer to both hands, really add more than needed. Then put on a pair of exam/disposable gloves and keep them on over night and rinse in the morning. A few nights in a row should help clear up most dryness and/or cracking.1 point

Definitely be cautious as many stories of sudden down turn after initially feeling a lot better. I appreciate you sharing; when one reads "fatigue" in news stories it could mean anything; your descriptions helps me understand it better.1 point

Glad to hear you guys got through it and are heading in the right direction. Did you guys ever notice any other symptoms such as the lack of taste/smell? Not sure about other areas but around here the blooming plants are making allergies horrible so the watery eyes, runny noses, sore throats and coughing/sneezing are rampant.1 point

It works as in, it reports blood oxygenation. Wife is of the latent hypochondriac type, so I just bought this to add another calming factor into the mix. Neither of the ladies are in a bad condition in any way, they're just sticking to their beds and rooms. The upside of a McMansion in the midwest US is that every bedroom has its own bathroom, so isolation is pretty easy to do. Us boys have no symptoms (yet) - my son and I. So we get the rest of the house. My hands are raw from all the handwashing and even moisturizing cream doesn't help anymore . Pretty busy times working a fulltime job from home, taking care of 2 patients, and running a household. Happy that it's almost weekend!1 point

Sales have been awesome on craigslist and facebook. I'm even moving my dusty T1s for profit!! People are very good at social distancing for sales too. I open the trunk and stand back. They toss in the cash and take the sets. Gets rid of the small talk weirdness too.1 point

I think one of the major issues with this virus is the stress and hypochondria that it elicits. Dr. Birx stated yesterday that 84% of the 550,000 tests given to date have come back negative so far, so either there is a lot of regular flu, colds and hay fever around or people are thinking they have it. I for one constantly find myself breathing in deeply and question every cough or sniffle that I have. For 4 weeks I have had thought I have had sore throats, only to find they mysteriously go away. Maybe it's hay fever from the early pollen season. Maybe it's the hand sanitizer and Lysol spray I am inhaling everyday. Maybe it's in my brain. It's not a good way to live.1 point

I combined the original thread with the new thread. I liked the original, and I like the final product. I know there's complaints about the differences, but I've always taken "Ideas" as just that - submissions shouldn't be finished products, but should be used as a springboard for LEGO to produce a real live LEGO set. I love that the original inspired the designers to come up with something really cool.1 point

Been selling a lot on FB Marketplace locally, I noticed that after every transaction there is a prompt that asks if you sold on marketplace or elsewhere and for how much. What are the chances FB is collecting this info to report to IRS, send you a 1099 or otherwise? I usually choose the option that says "I'd rather not say" as I figure they have enough of my information [emoji38]1 point
