The 60205 track pack is $15.99 at target right now, and gives you (amongst others) 8 pieces of straight track. If you buy 5 boxes ($79.95 total) you get a $10 GC and you have 40 pieces of track. You can use the remaining curves and flex track for other projects, or sell it off as a bulk lot on eBay for $20-$30 to bring your total purchase cost down to ~$50 (after fees), or $1.25 per straight.

Mine has been rock solid. I've done the one-hand-flip to show to people and it doesn't move at all. LEGO is very interested in quality feedback, so if you have a few minutes ring up the customer service line and explain the issues. They log everything, and would appreciate it. They may throw you some swag or points for your trouble, but more importantly if multiple people report the same issue, they will look into the design or production run. If you have the box seal codes or the parts bag codes, those would be helpful to Lego as well.

With all of these deals popping up and varying prices on business account side and personal, just make sure not to order from 2 accounts that amazon has link. You can get a warning email about circumventing their limit.

You seem to be able to change random digits of the Mbr# along with using a different email to get more codes, I got 5 to work so far by just adding or subtracting 1 from the 5th digit.

I am surprised we haven't seen a better sale than the ~18% off it has been for a while. With the price drops of Ninjago City/Docks, Carousel, Hulkbuster, Y-Wing, etc. it seems like many of the soon to be retired sets have seen sales of at least 25-30%. Not to mention it sounds like 75222 is a slower seller/ is way more overpriced than those. If a fantastic set like Ninj City can see a $70 reduction this one should be around $120. I am waiting for a better price, hopefully $230-250 at some point.

I hadn’t seen Game of Thrones until after I had already seen TFA and TLJ. After watching her on GoT I’m honestly pissed at both JJ and Rian. They completely under used her. They wasted her. It’s a damn shame.

Well it was a few weeks ago now but wanted to share. Secured a vintage LEGO castle collection on Craigslist. 99.9% of every vintage castle sets ever released (plus some doubles, 105 sets total), all the western indian sets, bunch of Heroica, bunch of random instructions, pieces, minifigures and boxes. Well cared for from a collector who decided to move on. The crown jewel is a pristine boxed Yellow Castle. Been hunting for that one for a looooong time. Currently re-examining my life to determine how the heck I got to this point

One good thing came out of the California PG&E planned outages. I finally decided to open and build the MILF! After building most of bag 1, I've noticed a couple of things: The inner framework is solid. I would hate to disassemble this. All the pins are great for stability but I would imagine they make it a PITA to disassemble.

About to get some space dusting done. then I'll rebuild for the memories. Been packed away for a while.
