The bots are slowly weeding out any ASIN with the word "Lego" in any field (title, description, features, etc.) that is not a recognized LEGO product. Not sure if they are using the UPC G1 number or if they have some employee of either Lego or Amazon validating products. So i suspect that the ASINs getting suppressed were originally created by an eager seller who got to the product first and didn't put the correct UPC or some other data element. We sell custom LEGO sets, so we've had to get pretty creative with referencing "Lego" but not saying "Lego". Can't even add the Lego-provided Fair Play disclaimer that says "not endorsed by The LEGO Group" which is ironic to me. I'm happy to tell buyers my products are not official LEGO products, but i can't.2 points

What did I do this month? HMMM... Gave my job notice and left my job Sept. 13th. Had a farewell luncheon and leaving after six years. Spent 5 days packing up everything in my apartment and getting rid of many things. I am now the King of Boxes. So many sets...oh dear sweet God. Shipped tons of boxes to my parents' house. They're not amused. At all. Shipped tons of boxes to my new apartment. My wife is slightly amused... Still can't feel my finger tips due to all the taping and packing. Anyone been through this before? Multiple trips to FedEx and USPS to ship stuff because it was cheaper than moving 2,000 miles with a truck, multiple stops and sleeping nights, gas requirements, and food. Didn't take any furniture or gave it all away so it made more sense. Got a new job and starting it October 1. Farewell, New England! Hello, Mountains!2 points

Sniped this one a couple weeks ago figuring my hopes of finding a sub $200 Cafe Corner were going to come down to buying it in pieces. Since some of the rarest pieces are the red slopes, this listing looked promising. For $33.50 it came with all the slopes, with a few extra to spare. After looking through my spares at home, I have nearly all the brown pieces... so the majority of two floors were taken care of. But that didn't account for the rest of the rare pieces, which include the very expensive doors and dark blue poles. Then this listing appears while rocking the youngest to sleep. It includes the entire first floor and all those pesky blue parts and doors (as well as a few other sets). I think this is about as close to a sub $200 Cafe Corner as I'm gonna find. I grabbed the manuals around a year ago in a large instruction lot and have debated selling them, but now they will be used to finish off the modular collection.2 points

We often give seemingly deceptive sellers way too much credit - Sometimes a seller who appears to be intentionally misleading, is really just stupid.1 point

Which is sadder; the guy trying to fund his buying a new LEGO set or the people who are chump enough to donate towards him getting it? In the immortal words credited to P.T. Barnum, "There is one born every minute."1 point

That's just a lazy loser no matter what the truth of their life is. If you can't afford something, then surprise, you cannot afford it. Maybe save the charity for the funeral he'll need from vaping... or whatever...1 point

IMO, missing MFs on a LEGO set should be on the title...anything less is intentionally misleading. Return it.1 point

I’d like to suggest linking the ads to niche porn sites. I feel like those BPer’s who collect costumed mini figures from blind bags would welcome targeted ads to some hardcore Furry communities. Asking for a friend. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum1 point

That Scarecrow is great! BHz Proportions, crucified on a cross...those eyes make them too realistic. My theory is that this is the Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz, dies, then turns into the Ghost BHz. LEGO BHz Movie Confirmed.1 point
