Well, upon looking at the box mine came in, mine is actually 86" tall, not 72", so I guess the whole thing is moot, except for @LegoMan1212 getting a morale boost. That cannot be taken back, he gets to keep that.
Traded my creased up prime day voltron for these two today. Really nice guy too. I asked him why he wouldn't just sell them. He said he only had $110 in both and just wanted the voltron to build. Good for both of us I think.
You dont. Unless you had written your old points total down, you now cannot look it up anywhere anymore. So if you dont know what your last old total was, you can only trust LEGO they have converted it right. Or maybe ask costumer service if they have the old number.
Usually you need to create it with a different brand name and then immediately edit the listing and change the brand to Lego once it goes live. That is how it works for a lot of toy brands when you try to create a listing. Has happened to me when creating new listings for Barbie, DC Comics, etc. also.
It depends on the accounting method that you use. If you use cash accounting, you report the income when you receive it. If you use accrual, you report it when you make the sale. Im assuming you use the cash method so you would likely report based on when the income appears on the tax statement Amazon gives you at the end of the year. Not today, but on Saturday I completed my first ever triathlon, an Olympic distance race completed in 2 hours, 56 minutes, and 6 seconds. Finished 51st out of 102 people, and 3rd in my age group of 40-44 year old men.
Now, time to transition to marathon training for a race in October.
Yes this is the protocol we follow:
1) We take a picture of the shipping box back to us and the shipping label.
2) We then take a pic of the packing slip.
3) We then take multiple pics of the damaged item.
4) We then put all of those pics into a single pdf file.
5) We then open a case for reimbursement and attach the pdf file.
We have had 100% success with this. However we only open a handful of these claims every year and that may be why we always get paid. Amazon protocol is not to refund for customer damage, but they do make exceptions. We only do this on expensive items as it is time consuming and my best guess would be if you open many of these they will stonewall you. We save it for the $300 plus items and lego sets.
