  1. HD internal communication Tomorrow, The LEGO Group will reveal its latest LEGO® Creator Expert model – a Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy® that will hit global LEGO stores on Aug. 1, 2019. Harley-Davidson has teamed up with The LEGO Group to create a detailed LEGO interpretation of the Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy®. Although significantly smaller than the real-life model, the LEGO version captures the beauty of the real-life machine with finishes, surfaces and design elements crafted to replicate the full-size bike. The model consists of 1,023 pieces and comes complete with solid-disc wheels, teardrop fuel tank, integrated speedometer and dual exhaust pipes. The finished model measures over 7 inches high, 7 inches wide and 12 inches long and features several moveable parts for owners to engage. Spin the rear tire to see the Milwaukee-Eight® engine with moving pistons and dual exhaust pipes, spring to life. Turn the handlebar, move the gear shift and brake levers, and flip down the motorcycle’s kickstand for easy parking. The model is finished with an authentic dark red and black color scheme with H-D logos on each side and it’s a perfect display centerpiece for any home, office or anywhere to channel the inspiration to ride. To celebrate the launch, LEGO Master Builders created a life-size model of the motorcycle, complete with silver coated parts, Wi-Fi animation control, sound and light effects to imitate a real Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy® and 6000 special LEGO elements. The extraordinary creation took 865 hours to build, is made of 69,569 pieces and will be on display for fans at select LEGO stores and H-D events. The LEGO Creator Expert Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy® model will be available directly from LEGO stores and shop.LEGO.com exclusively for VIP members beginning July 17, 2019, with general public availability beginning August 1.

  4. 3 "houses" confirmed. The top portion of the tree can be removed to play with the houses. Remove-able roofs. They backed a lot in the octagonal buildings. Bunk beds in one, larger bed in another and a common room. To me, this is looking more like a win.

  6. I work via specific scenarios that I plan beforehand. I sold about 75% of my holdings untill the 2017 peak and bought most of it back at a lower price in 2018. Still have considerable holdings, but used most of my fiat winnings to buy plastic bricks and most importantly an actual brick building to live in. Used most of my knowledge to get a master degree and managed to get my graduation thesis on bitcoin mining published in a peer reviewed journal last year. I believe blockchain is about more than just some speculation so will stay invested in it. I think it is the next iteration of the internet. Of my total assets it is about 25% now, but that is down from about 95% in 2017 since I started with almost nothing. As a new entrant I would recommend people to never invest what they cannot miss and even then not more than 10% of their assets. I'm a risk taker so I'll go for 25%

  8. I think so too. The original is exceptional. Final release is an average set. I don't understand why they downgrade the originals so much. They ruined the Flintstone set too.

  9. Agreed this is a downgrade. I for sure would have bought the submission but I might actually pass on the actual release. The submission was classy and took you to another place. The release is a dime-a-dozen tree house.

  10. Definitely a downgrade from the submission. Went from Swiss Family Robinson to upper class backyard tree house. It's not bad by any means, and will appeal more to the younger consumers than the submission would.

  11. Not today, but on Saturday I completed my first ever triathlon, an Olympic distance race completed in 2 hours, 56 minutes, and 6 seconds. Finished 51st out of 102 people, and 3rd in my age group of 40-44 year old men. Now, time to transition to marathon training for a race in October.
