Poker table, standing by...

Not today, but on Saturday I completed my first ever triathlon, an Olympic distance race completed in 2 hours, 56 minutes, and 6 seconds. Finished 51st out of 102 people, and 3rd in my age group of 40-44 year old men. Now, time to transition to marathon training for a race in October.

What is the easiest quickest way to determine the footprint of an existing set for city-planning purposes? I want to create an amusement park (Disney Castle, Roller Coaster, Ferris Wheel, Carousel, Pirate Roller Coaster, etc.), but several of the sets I do not yet own. My best method at this time would simply be to look at pictures or downloaded instruction manuals try to count/guess. I'd like to determine the 'page break' of my amusement park boundaries to see if/when I'd need a second table. Or if I have enough room in my basement for the 'vision'.

Not sure, but this is the 2nd year for it.

Saloon is a little low for resale price at this time IMO. I expect it to climb a bit. But that fire truck is BIG and priced well for its uniqueness and rarity. I like the jump in value so far but I have a hunch there will be a bit of a hold time. When the masses start their holiday shopping we'll see what fresh eyes think about em'

I really like this set as well. There are not a lot of farming / forestry kinds of sets so this fills a nice void in my opinion. Still waiting for a new City farm series...

Attempting to suppress it's value as much as possible as more and more investors jump on the hype train. It's a great set with great potential. Amazon sellers should do better... but the hyped sets often stagnate on the open market. The more we talk about it, the more casual folks buy in. Prices stagnate as impatient folks try to dump stock. I have Amazon access, but I'm not going deep yet. I think this thing gets clearanced during Walmart summer sale and we see better prices.

I personally only count the transaction when the payment hits the transaction statement.

It was on sale from Disney Store a few times past couple of years. With coupon reported here I believe.

Not sure, tempted to build it - and maybe sell afterwards minus a few unique minifigs (Batman, Green Lantern and super cool Harley Quinn) All depends if the discount is a sign of retirement soon. It was never widely available in Netherlands, and large Belgian toyshop (fun.be) also sold it at 25% discount last week.

Just built this for Father's day...the Box has been on top shelf of office for months ONe of my best build experiences in terms of creative construction and design. The door hinge is almost magical yet ridiculously simple The raise mechanics of the rear wheels is one of the best features on any LEGO auto my only complaint is the optional rear tail...I love the tail on the real car, but the LEgo version is definitely lacking, especially rear view. ANyway, just stoked about the built and wanted to share.
