Not today, but on Saturday I completed my first ever triathlon, an Olympic distance race completed in 2 hours, 56 minutes, and 6 seconds. Finished 51st out of 102 people, and 3rd in my age group of 40-44 year old men. Now, time to transition to marathon training for a race in October.

Bought the Apocalypseburg 70840 today with 20% off at LEGO Shop at Home NL: 240 euro. They still tossed in a Rocket Ride, and a Pelican polybag, and as from today they give double VIP points. So the set would be just under 200 euro, counting the gifts worth 20-25 euro, and VIP points worth 24 euro. Everything is Awesome

Hard to say, never say never with Lego and "exclusives"... at least right away, it certainly seems challenging to get a good deal. I like the Lunar Space Station, but would prefer $48.00 as opposed to $59.99 right now... best choice I have is double VIP or Target + 5% red card...

Not sure, tempted to build it - and maybe sell afterwards minus a few unique minifigs (Batman, Green Lantern and super cool Harley Quinn) All depends if the discount is a sign of retirement soon. It was never widely available in Netherlands, and large Belgian toyshop (fun.be) also sold it at 25% discount last week.

The email about the new droids set from LEGO says double points starting tomorrow - and based on the “build your wishlist” comment I’m guessing it’s across the board. Also, saw in store yesterday that Christmas in July will be back with a return of the Christmas Gift Box. I think it indicated it was around the 12th but I could be wrong. Would be nice if the two overlapped.
