  3. Happy Father's Day to all those guys who bust their butt all week (and weekends) only to be abused and used by their kids! My son did get me the new 10266 Apollo Lunar Lander though, so he does care a little when he is not spending my money on skins playing Fortnite. LOL.

  4. Survived this weekend's kids' soccer tryout ... Way too much drama queens, irrational parents, emotions , and crazy folks out there for kids who haven't even hit double digits in age..

  5. big time players or people - folks with special knowledge and/or large volume movers who will release knowledge to help trim retail stock at a time deemed appropriate by said big time person. i on the other hand am of course a very small time person who is perusing this thread instead of viewing the dominion from 30,000 feet 360 degrees, like the corvus laughing at us all.

  6. I've heard that before... and seen Lego do really illogical business strategies.

  7. Took the plunge and finished sending in my first couple of FBA shipments, so I could focus more on my BL store. It was tough for me to let go, because I do grow attached to my LEGO, but it gives me a good excuse to tell myself I’m not a hoarder.

  10. no, I knew about that going in from Jangbricks...and BTW LEGO has tons of those still. Mine was a poorly print horse logo on the 1x3 tile, it shows some light color outline on 2 of the sides (if it was all four it would look OK) and since it's a black surfacce the outlines look really noticeable. anyway, if resellers are cherry-picking and ordering large quantities directly from LEGO, I personally disgree w/ the practice since the fact LEGO offers such a great service is undermined by the practice. I am all for arm sweeping your local Wlamart or what not...but taking advantage of a special and unique service by LEGO puts all LEGO buyers at a dis-service. no mention of "warped" just poorly printed I didn't know stickers sheets for sets could not be ordered (but can be requested)...guess I'm learning thru the process

  16. Happy Father's Day to you as well, Ed, and to all of the other Picker Dads out there. My wife and daughter drove to Madison for the day to go shopping, so my son and I took my Dad out for breakfast this morning. I've spent the rest of the day sorting a bulk lot and playing Red Dead 2. Steaks on the grill for supper. I'd say it's been a pretty good day!

  17. in north america. in australia, its been temporarily out of stock and unorderable going on more than 8 weeks. if enough north american buyers get going, maybe it goes from backordered to temporarily out of stock. harry potter, mickey and minnie mouse brickheadz going out of stock on australian website was the first sign of those going eol preceding any of the "brickheadz are dead" rumors by weeks . of course in the last week many sets have come back from being TOOS in Oz so maybe this is just a fake out and the disney castle will come back soon and be here for years. the btp will let us know when the time is right.

  19. As tempting as that would be, I don't think that's wise. Why stoop to this loser's level and risk getting in trouble yourself? Blocking him would solve the issue for the OP, but this guy needs to be removed from the site. He's lowering the reputation of all the good, honest sellers with his childish behavior. He needs to be banned.

  22. There are some really creative MOCs for this movie. I was hoping TLG would have little more fun with this set. They can get away with a little more on a D2C set than a standard play set.
