Happy Father's Day to all those guys who bust their butt all week (and weekends) only to be abused and used by their kids! My son did get me the new 10266 Apollo Lunar Lander though, so he does care a little when he is not spending my money on skins playing Fortnite. LOL.7 points

Happy Father's Day to you as well, Ed, and to all of the other Picker Dads out there. My wife and daughter drove to Madison for the day to go shopping, so my son and I took my Dad out for breakfast this morning. I've spent the rest of the day sorting a bulk lot and playing Red Dead 2. Steaks on the grill for supper. I'd say it's been a pretty good day!3 points

He's definitely justified the neutral and earned much worse since. I honestly don't want buyers to expect Amazon-level A-to-Z return type of service, but some decency should still exist.3 points

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't believe you can block messages from someone who already has a message thread started. I am a little curious about the definition of "extra pieces." I'm assuming you mean, for example, the Wizard of Oz Tin Man that has a heart piece, but the packs come with two (1 extra). It might be a little debatable, depending on the listing, but listing as "new" should give everything. Shoot, New should be sealed, but that's my personal belief.3 points

I've had that happen a few times before. I always contact Seller Support to report the error...better to be safe than sorry. It has had mixed results...one time they said they couldn't find an error and let me keep the inventory, the other time they took them back after I insisted because the value of the inventory wasn't worth any hassle it might create down the road. Just finished building it. Didn't think it was a particularly interesting build to be honest. Kind of wish that I'd waited for reduced prices in a year or so.3 points

in north america. in australia, its been temporarily out of stock and unorderable going on more than 8 weeks. if enough north american buyers get going, maybe it goes from backordered to temporarily out of stock. harry potter, mickey and minnie mouse brickheadz going out of stock on australian website was the first sign of those going eol preceding any of the "brickheadz are dead" rumors by weeks . of course in the last week many sets have come back from being TOOS in Oz so maybe this is just a fake out and the disney castle will come back soon and be here for years. the btp will let us know when the time is right.1 point

Actually blocking him will only work after the current sale is over. As long as ebay allows communication between the buyer and seller, it'll continue. This is why I had to call ebay to get them to stop the guy from messaging me. The guy was filling my in box with profanity and personal threats. Ebay put a stop to him for me.1 point

Please post screen caps of his messages. I could use a good laugh.1 point

I have had this happen, but on a smaller scale (1 or 2 items "extra") several times already in my short FBA life. I have always reported it, but only once did it get corrected.1 point

As tempting as that would be, I don't think that's wise. Why stoop to this loser's level and risk getting in trouble yourself? Blocking him would solve the issue for the OP, but this guy needs to be removed from the site. He's lowering the reputation of all the good, honest sellers with his childish behavior. He needs to be banned.1 point

If they persist to harass you, contact ebay again and they 'll warn the seller that continued harassment will result in them being banned. I had to deal with a psycho seller like that. He was bad enough, but after I received a refund I gave him negative feedback for the crap he was trying to pull on me. Then he really went off the deep end. By the way, ebay can remove a "false positive" feedback as well. You know, when the seller leaves you a "positive" comment but calls you all kinds of names, etc.1 point

It's actually pretty funny how slowly my science tower is moving. It's helping to improve my geography knowledge of the US: Monday - FedEx got shipping info. Shipped from Irvine, CA Tuesday - Anaheim, CA Wednesday - Commerce, CA; Los Angeles, CA Thursday - Needles, CA Friday - Jarales, New Mexico; Shattuck, Oklahoma. Saturday - Marceline, Missouri. A little more than half way! (to Vermont) I'll be PSYCHED when it crosses the mighty Mississippi River!1 point

The velocity on the set is almost one a day so they (both prolific posters on here) should be out just in time for the holidays so the price can hit $59.97 and another seller can list his 40.1 point

A double whammy. Buyers see that quantity and they will figure that they have forever to buy it as soon as they are good and ready.1 point

can't keep sand baseplates in stock on amazon at $24.99 fba. making me sick with greed. next round is going for $29.99. remember when these were $5 (or less) everywhere... good times. even more satisfying is that my wife thought i was a fool for loading up on these and repeatedly said so. now when we go out and have a nice dinner i reminder her how many baseplates worth it cost.1 point
