This is the best I can do for you. This is my sister and I with Bart Starr in the early eighties when he was head coach. This was taken at the annual fan appreciation day where you could meet the players & coaches, take pictures, and get autographs. Show me another NFL head coach who would pose with a complete stranger's kid on his knee like this. The man was total class all the way. I still have that helmet I'm wearing, too. GPG! As for Guggenheim, I'm a believer, but I've only got a dozen or so. I'll have to pump those numbers up as well.16 points

Yeah, lunar rover was only the last three moon landings; Apollo 15, 16 and 17. This set is the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11. So in about five years we should see a UCS Lunar Rover. lol2 points

The lunar rover wasn’t on Apollo 11, so it wouldn’t make sense to include it. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum2 points

Interesting they opted for the lander in 21309, I guess size does matter...2 points

Newest rumor (new to me anyway), is that this is scheduled for an August release. I have a feeling it will be on display at Comic Con.1 point

Correct, 80103 will become available in a few months on both [email protected] and BM Lego stores.1 point

It's time to avoid buying more U.S. Capitols and City Hospitals. Butter my bread somewhere else...1 point

Was able to find 80101 and 80102 at the Lego store in Beijing near IN88 on Wangfujing. Even got a China exclusive Junk Boat bagged set as a free gift, and they have the Statue of Liberty brickheadz. Now i need to go find a carryon bag to bring them home, they're bigger than I thought and don't really want to put them in checked luggage. They have 80103 Dragon Boat but holding off on that since it's supposed to be available worldwide, right?1 point

Talk about a nostalgic little set! I may need to make an unecessary purchase just to get it.1 point

So maybe June 5th is the hot day to order, get the lunar lander, get the patch, get the Ideas rocket ride, etc. Again, as supplies last... roll the dice.1 point

And random "blue light specials" being announced by someone way too close to the microphone.1 point

Every Architecture set that is a building from the U.S. does very well. If people were to do your due diligence & track all U.S. buildings ROI over the years folks would know this. I actually made a call earlier to pull the trigger on $10k more of this set but the inventory isn't there. Guess Ill just settle with my 400 units. There are many reasons why this set will do well. Too many to list actually.1 point

Saw this and thought; "maybe I should swing by the local Kmart" I won't ever get those 15 minutes of my life back. ☹️ Lego set prices that I can swear seems ABOVE RRP, sets on shelves only 1 row deep? , almost every medium size box and larger w/ Anti-theft...workers w/ the look of someone yearning to work at Walmart...someday1 point

Brickheadz $9.99 with printed parts. Creator Expert $99.99 (or more) gets stickers. Makes total sense I get it now.1 point

I don’t have an annual pass but I’d be willing to pick these up for anyone who wants it at cost + shipping. Tax rate there is 7.75% so it would be $96.96 plus shipping. I’m not sure on the weight offhand but would probably be $15-20 including the box to ship. If interested, please PM me and if there’s enough interest I’ll make a trip down and pick them up.1 point

"Open the LEGO set, Hal." "I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that." "....What's the problem?" "I think you know the problem just as well as I do." "What are you talking about, Hal?" "This build is too important for me to allow you to jeopardize it."1 point

Interesting question. Hadn’t thought of that. Probably not for the next 10-20 years. One day there’ll be a cult following of old tape sealed sets.1 point
