My property right now is full of trees, mulch beds and is sloped. It is very difficult to maintain well. The new lot is flat, with a few mature trees and double the size, but it is easier to mow than to edge and weed.

It's a bucket list sort of thing. I am not getting any younger and this is a huge endeavor. Either I do it now or it won't ever get done.

I went to Fry's today to pick up my order from a few days ago and I had a GOOD surprise there. They had a few older sets on sale for ~20% off. I went to check out and the girl asked me if I had a promo code. Before I could answer she said she would just use hers. Ended up at 39% off RRP before tax. She said when you sign up for an account online you are asked if you want a daily code or a special event code, get the daily code. And I guess you can use the code(s) at the register. LOL...Not running away. Basically I am building a custom home. It's something I always wanted to do and my LEGO collection is enabling me to do so. The situation with building, packing, moving and everything else will happen sometime next Winter into Spring. Running another LEGO raffle at that time could be tricky, but I am not writing it off. Jeff and I have learned a lot the past 6 months and there us a lot of things happening behind the scenes, all which is good for the site and members. There is a new update coming and other plans to bring more pricing information to resellers and collectors.

Yestday i bought the 20th anniversary Slave I for 74,99€ on amazon. 38% off seems no bad deal for personal build.

I went through and cleaned up the titles in the LEGO IDEAS sub. Now each set thread includes the IDEAS number, along with the set number and name. Also added threads for the IDEAS sets that didn't have a thread already.
