Boxes are very nice. There’s a UV emboss pattern and yes they come sealed on the inner (remember the outer sleeve is meant to slide off and be a background) The exclusive piece feels disappointing because it’s rare now but not for long. I’m tempted to not reveal it but I’m sure it will be online soon so I might as well....
My daughter and I finally opened up the Go Brick Me set and had fun building, though I had to raid some extra pieces to finish me. Apparently Lego doesn’t expect two people in a family to share skin tones. Also couldn’t help but add my micro Benny Spaceman. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum
Here is my set up from the last show I did before Christmas. It’s a lot of work but if the timing and venue is right then you can make a lot of sales with no online selling fees. Print up business cards and hand them out as well. I’ve developed a lot of local repeat business and a growing reputation as “That Lego Guy”. I preferred the open u-shaped set up since it allows me to interact a bit more than from across a table. That’s just me though.
Funny, I thought the same thing last week when I was in a Gamestop. Games take up less space than the toys and collectibles.
And they have TRU prices...
I think it was pretty much what I was expecting, and the card (silly as it is) helps to make it seem special. They were never going to make a different special piece for each set.
At best we might have gotten a generic minifig w/ the 60 yrs logo printed on it (which would have been better) - but I am happy enough.
Hi guys, new here.
I started collecting Lego sets last year at the grand old age of 32. Started with Star Wars, but love the Expert Creator Modular series.
Finally watched Endgame to see what the fuss is all about. I was surprised to see the room was 80% full for a movie in its 3rd weekend. This thing is going to continue smashing all sorts of records
Have a feeling I’m going to have a Griswald moment 20 years from now when I’m trapped in attic and discover a few Rathtar Espcapes stuck in a crevice somewhere...
I didn't see the option for a building in which you could get your nails done, gossip about who's sleeping with Wyatt Earp, and do whiskey shots at the same time.
@DadsAFOL Did you receive a shipping notification or did it just show up?

These look NOICE!
The carriage w/ the 2 pegasus (should be 6 right?) seems straight out of Cinderella...looks good but even better since it opens up as a playset
Cemetary captures a pivotal scene and iconic Tom Riddle monument...horcrux of the cup is a special touch...even looks like the rat's right hand is different color...the details matter (and we get a deatheater)
