Part of my normal sales routine is to take a picture of the package in the parcel drum at the USPS before I lift the handle and dump it to the other side. 1.) I then send the picture to the seller as a way of saying its shipped and its out of my hands now and 2.) I have a time stamp from doing so should anything happen. That's all background story to this: I've been called a "dealer" for the first time... from collector, to reseller... to dealer...

Stopped at my local Walmart this afternoon for some foodstuff. My legs went on autopilot for the LEGO section first thing. I've been so disappointed with the Walmarts around me - not a single sale other than a couple of Jurassic World T-Rex sets @ 50% off. So I almost didn't continue on my way. But, why not, right? At this Walmart the LEGO sets have no prices on the box nor are they near a correct tag on the shelf, so I have to scan every set. Everything was around MSRP - 15% off at best, including x-wings, Arctic sets, etc. As I was walking away, I noticed a lonely Sandcrawler on a non-LEGO shelf next to the LEGO shelves. It took me a second or two to debate if it was worth scanning. I was shocked and delighted when it scanned for $69. It's mine now.

I’ve had it happen twice on eBay and just the other day on BrickLink. Once I called and opened a case it got moving all 3 times. A pain in the rear but it made it every time a few days later.

Probably a weather delay. I had a BL order in this state for 2 days before showing up. About all you can do is tell the buyer to be patient as it's (truly) out of your hands at this point. 7 days is a lot, though.

Tesco have Hermione BH at £2.50 if you can find any found 6. Always thought the worst thing that could happen locally buying wise was having a competitor as sharp and on the ball as our local King Vader. But I was wrong an idiot re-seller of epic proportions is buying up promising sets by the bucket load before they even hit 30% off, have caught him in the act twice, on one occasion he even asked me to scan a set with my hand scanner to see what price it was, so oblivious to who his competition is as well. Just hoping he fails to decimate local stocks before reality dawns.

Our warehouse is the size of a small convenience store, not everything that retires in Australia can be seen as a sign.

Contact seller first, take pictures, and open the box. I once had a box with excellent seals, but was way too light. To be on safe side, I called customer service. After cutting seals, it was full with empty Lego bags, the booklet, some cables for weight, and 1 little bag of old Lego (to make the Lego sound when shaking the box). Customer service told me to throw it away and shipped a new box. That's some service!

You guys worry to much. From someone that just got a lot of sealed Lego cases recently seals come looking tampered with many times. Cases get crushed and causes popping / shifting. No reason to even tamper with sets like those.

First take pictures of the tampering before you open it.

Yes. Open it up. Check it out. If it’s not what was described, then first contact the seller. If the seller isn’t willing to make it right, then you open a SNAD case.

It’s not often that I drop by a Wal-Mart to get something on clearance and they have MORE than the listed amount, but that happened last night. Tracker said they had 3, but they had 6! Here in France, you can not sell some architecture anymore. Product pages of White House, Big Ben and Lincoln Memorial have been removed. For selling these, you know need LEGO authorization. Well nobody has it so... I do not understand the point, everybody is loosing at this game.
