It’s not often that I drop by a Wal-Mart to get something on clearance and they have MORE than the listed amount, but that happened last night. Tracker said they had 3, but they had 6! Came home with 6x 75215 SW Cloud Rider Swoop Bikes for $3 each. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum mobile app6 points

I can tell you what I didn't sell today.... as I look to be the target of an attempted sting operation Listed hundreds of sets on Facebook from the last Walmart wave that I don't have a ton of confidence in for long term holds. Had a few buyers ding me about everything, but I wouldn't provide them the deal they wanted. Another potential buyer dinged me and seemed fine to take my asking price... like overly eager to get the items. After a bit of chit chat with him responding nearly instantaneously to each of my comments, I took a look at his profile. His occupation? Listed as "Detective" at the local police department. After reading that I messaged him that I can give him the physical receipts to the items so he can have them for tax purposes if he wanted them... in which he suddenly lost interest. I found it quite interesting.4 points

Yesterday i bought this stuff. As you can see on the picture i got 5 x 19 inch Display Figures, 1 x 37 inch Figure, 1 led light figure (the smallest) and 1 figure (the blue one, must be around 9 inch tall). I am confused about the value of those guys. The three 19 inch figures on the right are easy to find. I guess they must be worth around 300 to 400 USD. The 37 inch Figure was sold on eBay in Dec. 18 for approx. 700 USD. (it was an auction and the condition was not perfect). Then there's the shark from the Atlantis series. I didn't find him on bricklink, i couldn't find a listing on eBay, but i found this: http://www.minifigpriceguide.com/detailPages/MAXIFIGS_mxi012.html . This site estimated a value of 784 USD. What i can't find is the 19 inch Figure (the grey / green diver) on the left. It ist not listed on bricklink, neither on minifigpriceguide.com. I couldn't find the small blue 9 inch Figure as well. So what do you guys think about the value of those display figures? I would appreciate your help a lot!3 points

down to 5 sellers and one is toycentric -lol. so there are 4 stock holders on amazon presently. this set has the lowest seller count of ANY minecraft set on amazon. 5 is extremely low seller count for any set really. price is grinding higher now but still.... toycentric is the lowest price now on amazon so if you are selling this set on ebay toycentric will be looking for a deal from you on this set, so you owe it to yourself to raise the price to a minimum of $136 since that is what they are selling it for on amazon using your shipping services lol. with a seller count this low there should be really minimal arbitrage across the various markets.2 points

To me it depends on the variation. Like you referenced Batman. A small change to his insignia or something I could care less, though I'm sure there are collectors that have them all. A different suit altogether and I'll grab it. That said, I want the different Iron Man armor variations and many have only subtle differences which is what makes some of these upcoming figures appealing since they are very different from your standard dark red with gold/silver accents even though those are what he wears in the movies. All of those suits has stagnated the value of them as well. I sell most of my IM figures on Bricklink for $6-10 depending on the suit. His original and probably most boring suit sells for more than that. A lot depends on the set it was in as well. A cool figure in a $20 set is going to have limited ceiling. In simple terms, to answer your question, the more variety to a figure there is, the lower the price overall on that figure.1 point

You can, as long as you are still the lowest price on eBay after you increase your price. Toycentric etc are going to re-price their FBM offering per the lowest price on eBay. They are not going to take the L on this one1 point

Wish I could but then I would be pricing myself out of the market completely. I'd say more than 50% of my post-holiday eBay sales have been dropshippers. 4 of my 6 Witch Hut's were sold to dropshippers during holidays ($120/each). Now my $110 Jungle Temple's are just sitting there waiting for the FBA price to increase. I guarantee they will eventually be sold to Amazon buyers via Toycentric et al.1 point

At the Targets near me (Wisconsin) I found them hanging in the checkout aisles with polybags and other random things they hope you buy while waiting in line. Still a ton of Harry Potter but every other had LEGO movie1 point

All of my sales have been complete sets of four to international buyers through the eBay global shipping program. Sold seven sets so far and ran out of Emmet and Wyldestyle. Shipping to Erlanger, KY ( where the global shipping center is) for a set of four has been $9.50. I have yet to sell a single or double to a USA buyer. Those foreigners want all four.1 point

I think it depends on where you live. Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada were closer to $12 for me.1 point

I've been able to double box sets of 4 and send anywhere from the Midwest for under $9.50. I actually saved a minor bit in postage by doing sets of 4 instead of 2.1 point

One Target near me had them out 2 weeks ago but have never restocked them. Never saw them at any other Target near me. They still have tons of Harry Potter and series 18 out near the registers.1 point

Any established USA members here looking to trade some Emmet and Wyldestyle for Benny and Mayhem? I've sold through all of my four packs and would like to continue to sell them that way. I've currently got 23 Benny and 23 Mayhem. Would be looking to even it out as much as possible to make as many four packs as possible. Message me if interested. I'm in Wisconsin for shipping purposes.1 point

The Brick Fan has some official pictures up, but I really enjoyed this one from that classic scene when Rey and Kylo fight and Rey pushes over a tree and finds a blaster underneath it.1 point

So I spend a couple of days during my trip to Singapore looking for these sets. According to multiple Toys R Us and Bricks World (Lego Certified Store) employees I talked to at multiple locations, these sets are done, sold out and won't be restocked. My extra suitcase I brought will go back empty I guess.0 points
