I was going to make this exact comment. He chastises the company for making a limited release but openly admits to selling the extras he had. What a ******. Not only that, but telling people NOT to buy them. Oh, after he sold his, probably on Ebay. Screw this guy. If you're on here, you're an idiot.

Set quantity to 99, hit "Ship it", now says: "product not available we're sorry! this page is currently unavailable. please try again later." Did not read the description, before trying to order... so I can't confirm the page says "Limited to 5000". And now I have a 2 hour meeting, so I'm sure it will become active during that time.

it's a tough job yeah I got a few runs of 3 or 4, was hoping for 5k but didn't happen maybe those are the last 5 unstickered, I'll just sharpie that on

If I had bought in any sort of quantity of these I would hedge my bets as I always do sell half now if profit margin is decent and hold some for after xmas and of course throw a few in the attic, but to each their own.

Part of me thinks that the ROI for Benny and Mayhem will be less than Emmet and Wyldstyle since more people are aware of this and there was (sort of) a limit of how many one can buy. On the other hand, B and SM have a lower buy-in at $9.99 vs $14.99 for E and W. In the end, I don't think it really matters. With a limited run of 5000, it's like Oprah on Thanksgiving. You get $$$, you get $$$, and you get $$$!!

Just got notification that my first order of only 2 mayhems shipped. I made two others with two Benny’s and two of both once I was able to access the Benny listing on the app.

Hold on, let me get this straight. You were so impressed by the seller's packaging ability to the point that you were willing to be a repeat customer, but the seller still had 0 feedback when you bought from them the 2nd time??? Man.. some buyers are hard to please

You won’t regret it. I got my years ago for lego purchases, not close enough for everyday shopping. No annual fee, at the very least 5% off lego and sets are always packed better than most retailers. Every once in a while, they will sent you a order in a ridiculously large box with a hundred air pillows.

It'll be a **** show. Possibly up to 2500 people unloading 1-2 of them, all undercutting one another for a quicker sale. eBay is going to be a mess for these. The more people that have these in their hands, the worse the resale value. I honestly see these boosting the price of the Walmart sets as more end users will get their hands on these target sets. Those who get the Target pair may have a desire to complete the set... which many more ended up in the hands of resellers.

that made me laugh why would I return them? I'll just sell them unstickered. It's the same product, some will like it that way. Not like I would get any benefit of returning them they'll still be worth more than the $15 for now. Sure there will be many more pop up without them as shipments roll in.

I doubt I'll get a return on this since it's sent to a warehouse for someone who lives in Singapore. I'm not too worried.

I just don't get all the pessimism everyone here seems to have about these sets. This isn't the first time Lego has released sets specifically to one part of the world and not elsewhere. This isn't even the first time sets have only been made available in the US. They have a previous history of only making certain Brickheadz available in the US (albeit at the comicon's). I am surprised that the price for these sets is currently so low and believe that in a few weeks some resellers will regret having sold these so early. I see prices eventually stabilizing around the same price as the boba comicon set. I could be wrong but it seems like a lot of the downplaying of these sets on here is coming from people outside the US or who are currently banned by Walmart. Lego has thrown resellers a bone (whether intentional or not) I for one don't plan on looking this gift horse in the mouth. Just my 2 cents. Sent from my SM-G960U1 using Brickpicker Forum mobile app

A few of the Lego stores around here have them in the Pick A Brick wall. It is pretty easy to fill up a cup or two.

Yeah, and at 6:19 in his previous video, he says ... "The news here is that you need to get these Brickheadz ASAP, especially the Emmet and Wildstyle one because as of now we know those are limited to 5,000 each and you don't want to miss out. I might have ordered a couple extra and I might be doing a giveaway soon, but you'll have to wait and stay tuned on the channel." Then before the next video, he sells the extra ones that he teased for the giveaway! ?

They weren't even in the country until late Dec which is well after sdcc. They just got stickered out of the cases at the same place and that stuck accidentally
