What happen when they reimburse? What value do they pay you back? I have always recalled because I thought the reimbursement was peanuts, is that true? They have algorithms that base the reimbursement price on some type of sales data that floats. There have been situations where I have sold an item, had it returned in a condition that was reimbursable for some reason, and gotten reimbursement higher than the sales price of the item.3 points

When ordering multiple parts from Bricklink, the best way to go is to set up a Wishlist. First though you need to know the ID number of the exact parts you're looking for, and the simplest way to do that is to use Brickset.. Go to https://brickset.com/parts and select Choose a Colour > Black. gets you here: https://brickset.com/parts/colour-Black Then narrow down the type of part you want.. > System then the > Tag > Plate. Brickset then gives you all the Black Plates available: https://brickset.com/parts/colour-Black/category-System/tag-Plate You need to make note of the 2nd number under each picture. So for a 2X12 Plate it will be 2445 Once you have a list of numbers, head over to BrickLink > Want > Create New List (Blue button on top right). If you don't have too many items then the manual method shouldn't take to long. In this example select Item Type > Part > Plate and put the number (say 2445) into the search tab. Now from the right hand side column click on the colour you want, and set Qty, New/Used and then > Add to List. Once the list is finished, go back to the Main Wish list page, click on the list and then Buy All. There you can filter but=y location and see which sellers have all or only part of what you are looking for. Enjoy...3 points

...and yet the 20 I have listed in my BL store at $8.99 each continue to sit. C'mon Amazon resellers! You're slacking! Somebody already cleaned me out of Captain America, Iron Man, and Belle.3 points

It varies. One time during the QF window for Saturn V an entire box of them got trashed at the Amazon warehouse and they gave me the listed price at the time, well in excess of $120 Sent from my SM-G935V using Brickpicker Forum mobile app2 points

To get US only sellers, when looking at an item screen and using the Items for Sale tab, make sure you click on "advanced options" (or perhaps it is called "more options" - going off my memory here). This opens up an extra line of filter options, which includes a seller location option. I am pretty sure you can do the same when you have a wishlist and ask BL to "Buy" the items. And regarding finding stuff on BL, I would study the parts catalog for a bit to help understand the generic naming standards. Once those become familiar it is actually fairly easy, and there are some anomalies but those become the exceptions you will remember. Also, one tip I got from someone here that helped me a lot is using the "-pattern" modifier in a search to eliminate all the different printed options of a given piece, e.g. "tile 2x4 -pattern" gives you just the 2x4 tile pieces (including modified variants if any) without all the different prints and stickered versions.2 points

Hola me llamo Craig! Glad to be part of the forum, been trolling a long time! Anyways wanted to brag a bit and show off my new addition. It’s my grail, the set I’ve wanted for a long time! Anyways I primarily collect Star Wars, not really into the buying and selling but I’d be lying if I said I don’t have duplicates of some sets that I’m speculating on. Yes, yes they did...lol. Whichever Brickpicker submitted the order...thank you! I'm just happy to wash my hands of these. I'm gated on Amazon, so I'm happy with the few bucks I'll make on these and will move on. Somebody else can do more with these than I can. eBay and local selling sites can be a slow grind, and I'm trying to clear out some space. I've actually got more of all of the Series one characters that I've been holding to sell as complete sets. I think I'll probably just upload them to my Bricklink store and sell each character individually in bulk instead. To the mystery buyer...I just got home from work so I'll get these packaged up tonight and in the mail tomorrow. Thanks again!1 point

One of our accounts was invited to join a new beta on Amazon dubbed the North America Remote Fulfillment program a few weeks ago. This is one of their more interesting betas. It allows you to have your USA fba inventory listed across Canada and Mexico with the Prime badge on your unified selling account. After a sale in Mexico or Canada amazon USA picks, ships, takes care of customs and remits taxes so you will no longer need to have an entity setup in each of those countries. They state they hope to have it rolled out in June/July to everyone. As with all things amazon their projects are either on point or amateur hour and so far this one has definitely been on the amateur hour side of things but they are learning and trying to problem shoot. Biggest issue right now is the lag time (9 days to get to Canada, around 6 to Mexico). I have my doubts this will be rolled out this summer (if at all) but certainly interesting and if it is could affect local fba sellers in those markets. Sales so far are around 5% of USA sales but only cost a few hours in setting up and a few conference calls so not a bad return on investment. The other issue is returns right now they are sent to canadian warehouses so you will want to setup a service with a canadian address that will conglomerate all the returns and ship them back in bulk to make it worthwhile. As usual for cheaper items it is not worth the time so having them destroyed is the better strategy. I still feel setting up your own company in those countries and sending directly to fba yields far better results as 2 day delivery converts far more but there is more work and investment upfront. This will involve little extra work for current USA fba sellers and costs nothing extra so will be a perfect fit for those still working on maxing out the USA market before tackling europe/canada/mexico on their own.1 point

That would be a new price point for a single BHz if true. Even the seasonal sets at $10 have the extra side extensions. There seem to be no indication of a Mini-BHz or extras. Typical Lego. Have many licensed BHz, sell for $10. Commit to only internal IPs, sell for $15.1 point

It depends on how quick the buyer returns the item. If they send it back immediately, the item will be marked sellable or unfulfillable, depending on the condition. If it's sellable, it should be returned to your online inventory and added back to your inventory. If it's customer damaged or marked damaged in shipment by the buyer, it will either be considered unfulfillable inventory and you can either recall it, or they'll reimburse you. This process can take 2-4 weeks.1 point

Thank you for posting this! I hit 4 Kohl’s this weekend traveling to a family event and found (at the prices mentioned above) 1x 60204 1x 75929 2x 75216 2x 70653 2x 75220 (Sandcrawler - $69.99) 1x 75209 (Solo Speeder - $14.99) 1x 60195 (Arctic Base - $59.99) A ton of Adventure Time (didn’t price check) and many 31077 (Sweet Surprise) - $11.99). What I found is you need to have an eagle eye when searching. Boxes were sometimes scattered about, and stores treated clearance differently. One had a separate clearance section for toys a few aisles away. Another had the clearance Lego on a shelf on an opposite aisle across the way. What seems to help with some sets sticking around is some are poorly marked or not marked at all. Very helpful for those us who know what we’re looking for : )1 point

So, in other words, the only Brickheadz forthcoming will be ones that no one wants?1 point

Maybe he is just a collector looking for specific figs to complete his collection? Not everybody is like us and view Lego as just a commodity. I know, weird right?!1 point

I moved the more general discussion, including speculation into this thread. So, you bring up a really good point. Obviously, we've had Back to the Future, and (upcoming) Ghostbusters. I liked the idea of reviewing the Dimensions IP list and also looked at the Ideas IP list, so here's a few that I think have a chance: Simpsons Doctor Who (The Doctor - especially the new 13th Doctor and a Dalek or Cyberman?) Scooby-Doo and Shaggy (yes please!) The LEGO Movie (when TLM2 gets here) Harley Quinn Teen Titans Go! Gremlins Goonies Powerpuff Girls Beetlejuice Voltron There are other IP that I didn't mention. I'm just throwing out a couple I wouldn't mind see, or that I think have a good shot.1 point
