The Tabby situation is just like the UK - If you say that you are leaving, you are supposed to leave!6 points

I crossed them off my list 2 years ago after a similar experience. They don’t have replacements. They are waiting for yours to arrive so they can ship them back in a different bag. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum mobile app6 points

Dude, PM him on one of his 15 user accounts that he connects to through his super VPN or he’ll have his enforcer buddy shipped to you in one of his custom double wall cardboard boxes, wrapped in a custom sign he made, to beat you up with some leftover bike parts from his bike selling days.3 points

I'm just more disappointed that the last 9 months were filled with false hope.3 points

Shopko is doing a buy more save more up to $55 off $200 promo with code NEWYEAR. All their new releases are surprisingly 20% off the real RRP - so 40%+ off w/ free shipping and no tax for some after code.3 points

Maybe it’s just me and my bitter and disingenuous personality, but I believe there is something more to this story. Maybe I’m wrong so I will apologize ahead of time.2 points

What's with all the Tabby bashing? It's not as if we don't have enough to concern ourselves with in the UK today!1 point

Unfortunately, most of my orders in the past from them come one per BAG. And I believe my order from today will be the same.1 point

It´s a no story. Received automatic ban message then complained by mail and received requested parts. In other news, 75144 Snowspeeder has retired in Europe.1 point

Were you buying product from Lego for resale? If so, there is no reason to be mad about this...it sucks, but is a part of engaging in the business of resale.1 point

if you want to thank this forum then a bit more disclosure on what could have triggered it might help. otherwise it seems you came here to sing your swan song and play the victim of the cold cruel corporation. I don't know if you noticed...but this forum mostly consists of folks who (typically) push the envelope (to put it mildly) of what's allowed...can't believe anything you've done hasn't already been tried by some members already...but it would be helpful (to the forum) to discuss openly in case Lego is cracking down on certain activities and maybe others may learn from your unfortunate experience. For example the walmart threads are full of those taking their Cancellation/Banning lumps but teh group trying to learn from the different experiences since..like you said...these corporations are not consistent nor forthcoming of reasons.1 point

People compare this to sea cow. I will say I paid full retail for my Sew Cow and have it built and displayed. It is beautiful. This set is the same. Will probably not moon on retirement, as most collectors who see it's beauty already have it, and yes, it's plopped down in the middle of their city1 point

Early morning Tesco raid, not a lot left now, Cinderella castles still £34. Not the best set but found half a dozen 75928 JW copters at £12.50 / 75%.1 point

To me, this is one of the most iconic sets ever produced. I doubt I will see the movie in the theater, and I have only built one set in the last five years. But I may build this one.1 point

Placed an order with Target for some of the new Speed Champions sets at 20% off. Used a $15 GC and selected "In Store Pickup". Of course all those got cancelled, but I didn't get my GC back to place another order. CS investigated and manually sent me a $15 GC so I could order the sets for shipping. Next day I get my $15 GC from the cancellation, so I called CS and they told me to just keep the GC. Nice gesture. Today my order arrives, and instead of 75892 Senna they have shipped me 75890 F40. Order and packing slip indicate 75892, but the actual box in the shipment is 75890. Called CS again, and they are shipping me a new 75892, and told me to keep 75890. Not a bad deal UPDATE: Looking at my order history, it looks like they even refunded my original purchase of 75892. So I received the F40, the Senna and the Mini doublepack, combined MSRP $80, for $40 (minus the $15 GC I used which was free), with a $15 GC to boot. $25 OOP plus $15 for a future purchase.1 point
