  3. This time I am the fruitcake ... on Amazon FBA. Sold a DUPLO 10567 Toddler Build and Boat Fun two (2!) times this Christmas, same set. Both sales came back as a return, the first time I was able to immediately relist and sell, the second one came back as Unfulfillable. Just received the set back from FBA in exactly the same condition as I sent it in. So I started wondering why this got returned twice. Turns out the "Clearance - was $19.99 now $11.19" sticker was still on the box. D'oh! I guess my customers who bought this for $45 didn't like seeing that sticker In my defense ... the sticker was barely contrasting with the printing on the box ... but still, epic failcake.

  4. Something like this : We will only source from manufacturers and licensed distributors going forward We will use better packaging material for collectible and high value items ( bubble wraps , double boxing , etc ..) We will not sell said item ever again and we have deleted and closed the listing .

  5. I highly doubt it. I've seen only a two Dimensions packs in the past 4ish months (one at walmart for $3, one at best buy for $8), they're long gone from most retailers.

  7. I do wonder if this set will be remembered later less for its place in The LEGO Movie 2 and simply more about the references to wasteland-esque settings of films many have already mentioned between Planet of The Apes, Mad Max, and even The Day After. This is a fun build and a lot do like building such apocalyptic scenes not to mention the high volume of what I assume to be sand green pieces. In the end however such could well mean diddly. I am one of those who would plop this down in the middle of their cityscape ....but I'm just weird like that. Haha.

  8. While I am not that negative about the set, the problem with your logic is that many STAR WARS fans already have the original, thus the apathy. ?

  9. Why would it be? I believe they are out to get sets to the people that want them, not to create rare collectibles.

  10. I do hope that LEGO is happy. After destroying their products ability to be seen as a rare collectible - it must be so much easier for them to maintain available inventory.
