More a trade than a purchase but bought out most of another local Bricklink store in trade for a sealed 10221 SSD and a couple needed minifigures. Was a win-win as I got around $1200 in new figures/sets and he got a set that he wanted as well as clearing inventory. I was glad to move the SSD to a local instead of selling on ebay/bricklink as well. Had a $330 buy-in on it as well.5 points

believe they made it for amazon FFP like the Saturn V had, regular LEGO and Merlin only get the 2 per cases still. Bezos gets his own boxes...1 point

They could have skipped the 4th movie all-together when coming up with new sets. Nobody would have complained.1 point

Watching how he's holding it and moving it about in Voltron mode, it seems pretty solid. Assembling the lions into Voltron looks pretty cool too. I'm very impressed at what the designers have done from what I've seen in the video. Getting more excited about this set!1 point

About 1/2 way through the Bugatti. If I were to pick one it would be the Porsche. To me it was just a better build and I love the orange for display purposes. Just my honest opinion.1 point

I think the transitions aren't that problematic. Unless it's the camera angle, it looks like the proportions are off because of how they designed the grill and hood. To be proportional at that height, the car needs to be somewhat wider, maybe longer, and with more clearance. Which probably pushes the price into UCS or high-end Ideas range. There are lots of examples of simpler, fig-scale builds getting the lines right at the expense of fine details.1 point
