  4. Hello Brickpickers! Here is our Harry Potter Collectible Minifigures Series pre-order: $219 / Box We are not yet offering the set as the distributions have not been confirmed. I will repost when I am able to give more information on this. Free domestic shipping within the US. $25 / box for international shipments. Please DM with PayPal email address for invoice. I will try to get as much as I can of this series, but I anticipate it being pretty popular, so no guarantees on how long it will last. It is getting harder and harder to get a good supply. Alright, that's all! Shipping sometime in the first couple weeks of August.

  5. Speak for yourself bud...I ALWAYS pick winners and that is absolutely true as long as you adopt a very loose definition of winner as evidenced by my stack of Harley Quinn To The Rescue. Sent from my SM-G965U using Brickpicker Forum mobile app

  7. This is a must-watch interview for Star Wars Lego fans. They discuss what happens when sets and characters get cut from the films, the commercial failure of AoH, the budget constraints to make the UCS Falcon and of course all the remakes. Fascinating and honest insight. Seems we ARE getting an ISD.

  15. You can do ok if you pick the right stuff, as with anything else. I'm guilty of taking small gambles and later being disappointed I didn't go with my gut.

  16. Just catching up on this thread. Cladner has it right...pick the right sets and SW is still a winner. Pick the wrong sets and it's not. If the OP is seeing the value of his sets decline, it means he/she is picking the wrong sets. I still make huge margins each year on the SW sets that I buy at the regular 20%-30% discount. 18. I didn't buy any set recently per se except for that one set with 2 flower pots but I did manage to find few boxes of Wall-e that I completely forgot about. I was trying to clear some cabinet space and came across few walmart boxes that were packed lightly. Opened them and found 8 Wall-e in total. Now I think I have 11 Wall-es.... Sometimes when you are busy working and someone else receives the packages for you, you forget about them. This is a problem for me because I have only sold like 3 sets in total... in person... never online... Except for snow globe, this is the only set I have anything close to 10.

  27. Ive been doing great with Star Wars and super heroes, which is my main focus. It's all about waiting for the good discount. These are iconic characters for the most part and will always be somewhat popular. And there's always another Timmy joining the fandom every day whose eyes light up when they see sets from a few years ago that they must have.
