March 30, 2018. This is a date that will forever be remembered. I can get a little emotional at times. As an adult, there are a few instances when I've shed a tear. I cried when my son was born. I cried again a year later when my daughter was born. I cried tears of joy when my beloved Green Bay Packers won Super Bowl 31 after three decades of mediocrity, and again when they won Super Bowl 45. The last time I cried was two years ago this April when my Mom passed away. March 30, 2018. Today is another day that I've sobbed like a baby. Upon waking up for work, I checked my phone like I always do. Waiting for me was a PayPal notification. A large one. I checked my Bricklink account, and it appears that some blessed soul has decided that they needed some Steam Rollers in their life. Yes, some Steam Rollers. All of them. 27 to be exact. Gone. Purchased by an unknown person. A risk taker. A gambler. A guardian angel, perhaps? I began this saga with over 50 of those Steam Rollers. I'd sell one here, one there through multiple platforms, slowly chipping away at that number. I whittled it down to 27. Now I have 0. They are gone. The purchase price was just a shade over $1k. I'll make a few bucks on each one after the usual fees and shipping, but that's not the point in this circumstance. The nightmare is finally over. March 30, 2018 is my Independance Day.

I think the Laval Chima Dimensions Fun Pack can run circles around Jyn Erso. Saw at least 200 in the electronics section of my one TRU that has been closing since Feb. They "only" had 50 Jyn Ersos.

Hahah Guys you can't even imagine the shitstorm that is going on in Poland because of this leak. Friend of mine is working in that store, and oh my god... ZEUS is casting thunders from the sky. It's not a brand store but Franchise store so they are covered with different T&C as a partnership. Person who placed this on the shelf replaced senior associate who went to his hometown beacuase of Easter. Replacement person read the note left for here to "supply shelves with Collector Series sets Star Wars" so she followed the instruction from A to Z. LEGO completely went furious, called on red line owner of the store and right now there is an absolutely Armageddon I've reached a guy who saw this in person and he was about to buy it because 2 sets were sold that day. He went to groceries and wanted to come back to get this set but it was pulled from the shelf already. Poland Stronk! Imagine for how much this set could go right now on ebay. Price could probably ashame Signed boxes of Millennium Falcon. some say on reddit that's an obvious fake etc. but it's not. It's legit.

It was a lot of fun to build, much more sturdy than 10179 from what I remember. I have the stand from Wicked Brick, I'll get it mounted tomorrow and get a picture with it. It's going to take 2 people to do it since you have to take a couple landing gear off for the mount. I'm not imagining a scenario where something doesn't fall off in the process. I still have a sealed 10019 Blockage Runner I bought to build but have not had the balls to cut the seals yet. I really need to come up with a proper display space for the UCS sets as they are on the basement entertainment center which works, but a nice, lighted display case would really be nice.

Just picked up my first shipment of AS at my high security location (mom's house..she's retired, so home most of the time). It's a shame that the arcade machine did not make it. That would have been awesome.

I usually don't care about the price if I find value in the design of the set. This is a set that I could have made. I am not knocking the designer, just saying for an Ideas set, it does not meet up to past standards. I would rather have paid another $20.00 for a well done set, than a set that looks like you would find if you combined two polybags.

Nope, this is to the new/sealed stuff that's unopened. Sometimes it just disappears. You can blame them later for misplacing it, if asked.
