I enjoyed the last 3 episodes. It was also good to be told / shown where many characters ended up during the OT. Bravo Filoni and team. Note and slight jab to RJ and KK. I will take flying hyperspace whales and giant talking wolves any day of the week over Super Leia, Jet Pack Rambo-like Maz and Crank Yanker Poe. It's time Filoni and his team write the movie scripts. it was a great 4 seasons.6 points

Great ending with a slight opening for "the story continues". Now this was a master class in storytelling. Filoni managed to expand the existing universe by seamlessly inserted his own ideas into it. He showed that he respect the SW universe. The series had new characters, familiar old characters, space politics, mythical elements, even a freakin' demigod force user and yet still felt like Star Wars. Furthermore, all the pieces are planned well so they can connect to make a coherent yet still surprising story. Who could have thought that was how Thrawn got removed from actions? And we all thought that 1 episode with gas mining facility from back in season 3 was a throwaway story Oh and that surprise guest from last week made another appearance at the end Heck, Filoni even managed to leave the door open for all female animated space adventures, should Disney/KK decides to go there. Seriously Disney, what more can you want from a writer/director/producer ?????4 points

Bendu Ezra is DJ (subtract one letter from the 'E' in Ezra, and one letter from the 'K' in Kanan = DJ) On a more serious note, that was great. I admit I fell off for the second, third, and first half of the fourth seasons. But these last few episodes were great. I'll have to go back and watch it from the start (or at least the start of season 2). I really dug the epilogue at the end. I thought it was great. I really liked hearing/seeing where everyone ended up. Confirmation that a character is canon at the Battle of Endor was nice. We got a name drop for Captain Palleon. As an old time Thrawn fan, that made me smile. I'm looking forward to what Filoni has coming next. There's a fantastic set up for the next great thing. I hope they seize the set up and run with it.3 points

I’d love for them to do a live action tv series and move away from the animated stuff. Still, clone wars and rebels really blew away any of the new trilogy and all the other new films except maybe rogue one. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum1 point

I agree. Another awesome set. I have both displayed in my office. They also take some abuse as well without breaking. Ahhh...The good ole' days. PS: Actually, the Technic designers still do an excellent job. Love their sets.1 point

The only buyers that I can think of that would not care about a mix of grays are those that are so color blind that they can’t tell the difference.1 point
-
No, No, & No. You don't see it mentioned much in listings because most buyers would react to the mixed grays as if it were purple - the grays are not the same color, and they clash. Some sellers piecing together sets don't know the difference - and it is extremely frustrating receiving them. I suppose that there are some buyers who wouldn't care about the mix - you could state that the listed set includes both the old & new grays to be safe.1 point

I had a lot of simpson level packs that were stagnant until a German reseller bought most of my stock. Now I have a handful of Simpson fun packs that usually sell when someone is buying other sets. I think the thing to look for when buying sets is: -do I have enough variety and selection to make international shipping worth it for the buyer? -do i have an the sets have any value to part out? Some of the minifigures might hard to find or only available in the dimension set. Some could be common (superman, wonderwoman) -does the theme have worldwide appeal? Hasslehoff may have appeal in Germany but outside of the States and Germany, does anyone else want or know Knight Rider? -have enough stock on hand to sell to resellers. Have it priced attractively. If you are going for top dollar dont expect to sell quickly, you are in it for the long hail and keep in mind that the game may not be playable in the future... then what do you do? See “can I part these out” above. For me, I’ve been cautious. Not sure how popular Dimensions will be this year. If they were 99¢ I’d probably arm sweep them all. For some reason $1.99 makes me pause. I still have Wicked Eitch from last year that are languishing. Remeber, there’s nothing that price won’t fix.1 point

I do believe the set values here were just updated with the most recent eBay data .. what you'll want to do is first create a list of sets that got trashed. Now, how to evaluate the lost value is subjective but frankly, if the boxes were trashed then you now have "open box, but sealed bags" sets. For insurance purposes, I'd go one step further and consider them now used. I'd run them through the lot calculator as NEW and then USED and subtract the difference. If they don't accept that, you'll have to search for recent sales of open box, sealed bag sales yourself and subtract the difference. But the lot calculator will be your fastest option and you can provide them the link, your details and reasoning behind the NEW to USED price difference. https://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/lego_lot_price_calculator.cfm1 point

I admit, I was wrong. From the very first episode I expected the whole crew to get wiped out on Alderaan after just barely making it there to meet up with Obi Wan.1 point

I had goose bumps at the end of the last episode. Thought we'd get a little bit more tie in to Rogue One by the end, but at the end of the day, the series was built around Lothal, so only right it finished up there.1 point

Those Lloyds are literally gold if you can find em. Going for 22 fba. Will take a dip after this..but if the disbursement on the pack is low.. price will come back soon enough. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Brickpicker Forum mobile app1 point

Hello, I am sure there is a way to see my archived posts, but . . . St. Paul School parent and Lego Club Moderator here. We have about 42 kids in kindergarten through 2nd grade at St. Paul's - 36 of those kids are in the Lego Club! To say we love Legos at St. Paul's is an understatement. The elementary classes have Legos - most teachers use them as a learning station of some sort. After learning that, it occurred to me that we should have an after school Lego Club where the kids could play and be creative. At first, I was bringing all my son's Legos for the students to build with. Then we had a very generous donor named Mr. Ed Maciorowski, who not only donated Legos from his family's personal collection, but bought several boxes to contribute. Now we have a comprehensive collection. We have a theme each week and the students seem to enjoy themselves. It also gives me a chance to build and in fact I like coming up with ideas to keep them interested. When I see the kids around their first question is what is the theme this week? It's like a well guarded secret. Needless to say, the school would not still be open and flourishing without the past donations from Brickpicker members and others from the Lego community. Saying thank you really doesn't seem like enough. I am hoping that the investment in the development of future Lego buyers is at least partial payback . I will try to post pictures of some of our creations later. In the meantime-- THANK YOU!1 point

The conversation probably was something like this: JJ: Do whatever you want as long as Rey, Leia, Poe, Finn, and Kylo are alive at the end. Rian: sure thing Disney: keep the tall ewok guy alive too so we can sell more talking masks. Rian: ok boss1 point

When the big bucks come around in the Fall, I’ve been telling myself recently we need to tromp around the woods in the Spring to see if we can recover some antlers after the males shed them off. We were very very lucky today, we found a very nice set in the yard about 15 ft apart. 13 point and very close to a 14 point buck.1 point

Jedi Night was an excellent episode. The storyline successfully depicted the Highs and Lows of war. I also enjoyed the in-depth chemistry between Kanan and Hera. Dume was “so so” but did a good of highlighting the emotions of the Ghost Crew. Now if only Lego would give us a UCS Ghost with Phantom set. That initial attempt really needs a refresh with a larger model1 point

Someone just submitted an offer, while also mentioning that they are a single parent - Apparently, there must be some single parent discount that I didn't know about.1 point
