A couple of new sets have leaked. An OT X-Wing, and a smaller Sandcrawler. Picture quality is awful, but the sandcrawler looks to be a roughly £100 set.3 points

Falcon is back to OOS.... Secretly I'm thankful. I was actually going get it.2 points

You can still grab this guy for below RRP in the US on eBay. The just leaked system scale Sandcrawler coming in 2018 is going to cement this as a big brown turd. Hopefully anyone still holding these snagged them during the crazy discounts. I got my singular sandcrawler for less than $200 and that's just to complete my UCS collection.2 points

Yep, mine showed up as well................. after my order confirmation. BWAHAHAHAHA. On the plus side, I can join in the conversation of the hand wringing over the VIP card.2 points

In other news... the first Han Solo movie minifigure was "leaked". Thandie Newtons character.. . http://www.rebelscum.com/story/front/LEGO_First_Solo_Minifig_178049.asp Plus the ATST started out firing at everyone with the armor around its head, only to be shot off by the stormtroopers. That should have been a built in play feature to make it awesome..2 points

4 trees total. Spent $22 in points and $52 in cash to get them. Received $207 in points. Hoping to get $60 total for the trees. Bought $350 MSRP of LEGO for those points, with $30 left in points. Net result: $8 cash (hopefully), $30 in points and $350 worth of LEGO.2 points

Sold 1 for $20. Giving the other away as a gift. So I'm out about $20 cash for $107 in points while I figure out what to buy. Unfortunately clearance has been almost a total bust here.1 point

Are you guys buying cause of the SW VIP card? This probably is the new Death Star in terms of lifespan.1 point

Got my VIP yesterday (ordered on day 1)1 point

Yes, per the "Back in stock" email that I just received. "Thanks for signing up to be notified about the Millennium Falcon™ coming back into stock. We've just received a new shipment and the item is available online. If you wish to check in-store availability, please call your local store. Please note, express shipping option is not available for this set and these orders will not arrive before Christmas, but they will be eligible for the LEGO® Star Wars™ VIP Card."1 point

Yea it is a good representation of the scene. That’s a fact. It just looks pathetic and why have half of an at-st when there were completed at-st(s) in the same scene?1 point
-
Have you guys actually seen the film? You may not like half an at-st but it is accurate to the scene. Luckily we've recently had 75153 so it's not really worth getting worked up about.1 point

To those who haven't seen it yet... yesterday #trending5 globally. Those bunch are the reviewers that Rian "Some Guy" Johnson was afraid of... One of the best reviews out there. You can play it as a podcast but back to back is a great review to see/hear.1 point

Interesting video from the Modular Buildings nerds/fans. Too bad the quality is terrible, but some insights from the designer.1 point

That's a great strategy. I recently sold about 15 sets a day or so for the month of December and both my kids thanked me for the opportunity to make some extra $$ but looked at the pile of sets to be packed and shipped and walked the other way. I can't wait to sell my other 5000 sets...1 point

I consider it extremely unlikely that 10249 will be remade another time again after it was already a remake from 10199. Of the entire Winter Village subtheme, I think 10249 is probably the safest set from the remake threat!1 point
-
Because it's half a vehicle. If they had made it with a breakaway top to re-create the scene, then fine, but this thing is dumb. Like you said, it has good figures. Star Wars has gone the way of Superheroes and put decent figure selection with a POS set. I'll Bricklink the 2 figures I want and leave the set for the clearance bin which is exactly where this set is headed.1 point

Dutch RRP is €89,99 which at the current exchange rate ~ equals £79.99. Just a matter of waiting out for a good deal (50% off).1 point

Not Lego related, but Target took my “crushed” tomato order a bit too literally.1 point

Call me crazy, but I never noticed the set in Walmart/Target's system up until now, wasn't there when it was in Toys R Us's system quite sometime ago. Walmart actually has a photo for it on the seek. DPCI: 204-00-2160 Walmart: 138857969 (URL; https://www.walmart.com/ip/Millennium-Falcon/138857969?u1=&oid=223073.7200&wmlspartner=PxE*ot9VSWM&sourceid=09269156282861973807&affillinktype=14&veh=aff) Toys R Us: 810544 This set will undoubtedly have a wide release, sooner rather than later!1 point
