Wow. This might be one of the craziest deals I ever found. I just left Savers (a goodwill type store). Found a big bag of Legos marked $9.99. I had a 30% off coupon, so I paid $7. Oh look, an instruction manual. Woah. It's a freaking UCS R2D2! All bags present and sealed. Instructions never opened.

True enough. Last year the Ideas set everyone ignored and even slated was TBBT, I bought plenty at deep discount without much competition, they're keeping pace with Wall-E price wise and it sells fast. Lego boost in the argos 3 for 2 would have been good for flipping at Xmas unfortunately most stores have been cleared out. I'd say this year is going to be a really bad year for picking winners. With no retiring IP theme except Simpson's. Slave 1 and yellow submarine will be hoarded to death. Too many star wars sets around for any retiring to have real growth. S2 Speed champions prob won't have anywhere near success of S1. Because of Dragon Sanctuary everyone will pile in on Elves sets hoping to find the gem in the next wave, same way everyone kept buying sw rebels sets(me included) after success of the Phantom & Ghost only to be disappointed. Ninjago did ok for.me last year but with the movie out that sector will be oversaturated with sets. I'm being much more cautious this year in UK and only looking at specific sets I like at 50% or more off. It's certainly not an investors market this year.

only thing i would add is: a. whether you ship or not shipping charges are assessed within 24/48 hours /i.e. the time allowed you to void charges. once that duration passes whether you ship or not you eat that cost. b. i believe while its not strictly followed; one is allowed to ship within certain time of label printing. for USPS its 48-72 hours similarly there is a time limit for UPS and FedEx as well. i am not sure because never had to wait that long.

Does anyone know the correct process to submit a "FBA fulfillment fee" investigation? I have various listings with exorbitantly high fee's compared to the same item in a different variation. My googlefu is struggling.

Even used prices are high. I had no trouble selling a used ghost without a box for £160. That implies that the demand is genuine.

I spotted parts of an ARC Fighter (probably 7259), Bounty HUnter Gunship, Geonosis cannon, 9493 X-Wing, Minifigures from 9492 TIE Fighter and of course the UCS AT-ST cockpit chunks. Had to go for it.

Aw, the mini buildings have been alright. I think I ended up with about 15 complete sets when they were doing the streetview promotion(s) and I'm down to five. $79.99 shipped in Canada - slow seller, but still I expect in another few months I won't have much left. Only sold one locally on kijiji.

I don't like it. Free stuff is good, but for Christmas I always expect promos that fit into WV. By the way, LEGO is sooo stupid I cannot believe it. If they made this to be an actual limited edition Brickheadz, with a series number and everything, that could boost sales much better. The collector's would definitely purchase something just for the sake of getting it.

I have the table to put the Falcon in (and plan to build around it), but not the Falcon.... The table was custom made, incredibly heavy to move and not cheap, but will be worth it once complete.

I read some speculation today that season three could be the final season with Filoni moving on to a higher position at Lucasfilm overseeing future animation projects. If so, there likely won't be another ghost. However the lack of new rebels episodes wouldn't help.
