  1. Bought and rebuilt a Queen Anne's Revenge (4195) with the thought to flip it. This is my first ship from Pirates. But now that I've built it I don't want to part ways with it. Such an awesome ship! [emoji21] In fact now I want the Pearl.... ugh lol

  2. I haven't had time to crack open a new set for a month or so. Tonight Mags asked to build the Duplo train (10810) I picked up on Walmart clearance. Not quite a UCS set or a modular, but we had fun and BB8 rode in style!

  7. Confirmed. DS fits in that bag. If you look closely you can see it fits. I used photoshop to confirm it's a DS in the bag. If you turn the photo upside down you can see it reads OGEL. What the hell is ogel? New lego Gel confirmed as well. Holds all day.

  10. You'll be able to tell who the resellers are ... Buying to build? Pull that box with pride. Buying to sell? Carry that thing out to your car like it's a newborn.

  20. We started to build all our random bad investments as we're in a suburb of Houston and stuck inside for at least the next 7 days of flooding:( we and neighbors are all safe at least. I wanted to go help out but can't drive even a mile to get to where help is needed. I guess it's good I had sets that stunk for investment so I do not feel bad opening them

  28. Shipped large sets to where, buyers or Amazon? If you are selling one at at a time, great, use 24x16x4. If you are selling 2 at a time use 24x16x8 and put a piece of cardboard in between the 2 sets. I'd just wrap them in loose kraft paper.

  30. In that one catalogue that leaked, it showed 5 sets coming for the Han Solo movie. There's also 4 more sets coming for the Last Jedi on 1/1/2018 for the winter wave. I also read where "Solo Friday" or whatever they are calling it is on 4/20. So, after this winter wave, that's the next thing to look forward to until the Summer 2018 waves, which I assume will have the traditional 5 or 6 sets that will probably book end both the Han Solo and Last Jedi films. I'm going to assume we won't see many more Force Awakens or Rogue One sets...although it would be nice to at least get a Saw Gerrera mini to finish off Rogue One. It's also disappointing we didn't get anything related to Darth Vaders slaughtering of Fleet Troopers as they escaped on the Tantive IV (in fact, I'm shocked the Tantive IV wasn't in the Rogue One waves). That would have made for a great set highlighting the best scene in the movie.

  31. One day, I predict all LEGO bricks will be studless. They are too politically incorrect.

  32. I prefer the LEGO one (if it's legit) over the marshal one. I also like that they aren't hiding all of the LEGO studs. We've had more than enough "stud-shaming" - You're LEGO, be proud of your studs!

  35. The large ships are: Black Seas Barracuda Skull's Eye Schooner Queen Anne's Revenge Black Pearl Imperial Flagship Silent Mary Sea Cow Then there's a bunch of medium and small ships from the recent Brick Bounty to old ones like the Imperial Armada and Renegade Runner and there are a couple of crossover ships (Durmstrang and Pirate Ship Ambush)

  37. Lol. That was me a couple years ago. QAR was my first LEGO ship. Built it thinking I'd sell it off. Now it's a prized possession. I've got a Black Pearl in a bulk box waiting for me to get to someday. And now I've got 4 or 5 ships sitting in the storage area waiting for me to build - Sea Cow, last Pirates ship, Silent Mary - to name a few.

  39. Yes....to some degree, we (my son and I) like to collect most of a theme. However, last year, we decided to become more selective and at this point we analyze a wave and in some cases just buy the minis (don't plan on buying the rathtar set for example, or the quadjumper). But for the most part we have almost every Star Wars movie set since 2011. I decided to skip buying clone wars and rebels sets since we have to draw the line somewhere. This is just some of our minifigures from those sets that we put together for a "prequel" display. I'm currently working on the OT display..

  40. In the past week I built 8095 Grievous Starfighter, 7748 Corporate Alliance Tank Droid, 8019 Republic Attack Shuttle, 8036 Separatist Shuttle and 7665 Republic Cruiser. Finally finishing off some of the sets that have been sitting around missing parts for more than a year. I just got the parts needed to finish up 9493, but decided to buy the parts to color swap it and make a Blue Squadron X-Wing, so I'm waiting for them to arrive.

  41. It is better to sell it now at 2000 and buy the new one at 800 and the old one at 1200 in one year... My is currently reaching 1000 after one day (auction on 10 days...)

  42. From a popular german Lego fan site http://zusammengebaut.com/lego-star-wars-ucs-millennium-falcon-75192-erste-bilder-32622/ LEGO Star Wars UCS Mellenium Falcon | © Andres Lehmann / zusammengebaut.com At this point I would like to say a very big thank you to all the readers who have made us aware of a number of images that haunt the network. You can see the LEGO Star Wars UCS Millennium Falcon 75,192th And to say no, it is a flying saucer would be silly just before the performance. But please be understand that we can not publish the pictures of the new Millennium Falcon of "Ultimate Collector Series". At this point I like to explain why this is so: There is a lock-up period. Zusammmengebautis the first recognized LEGO Fan Media site in Germany, and we do not want to jeopardize that status. Because we get press releases firsthand and are friendly relationship with the LEGO officials. It is known that the new UCS Millennium Falcon 75192 in just a few days in the LEGO Stores will be on display, beginning September 1, in fancy glass cases. And I want you not certainly prevent them from Googling already under the new hawk. However, for you understand that I'm not going to link to relevant sources. As much as we would show you the pictures already: We can not, by virtue of that embargo. This is also true for the LEGO Star Wars "The last Jedi" Sets: There are already some reviews of the sets in the network. Among other reasons because ToysRUs has sent out two weeks early in the US, the sets (perhaps incorrectly marked on the calendar ...). All of this is surprising, the large number of images that show the Millennium Falcon 75,192th Including official product images. For this, there is a reason: Many traders hoped so perhaps an advantage ... All we can tell you at this time (and not more!) Can be found here . The set is large, heavy and is probably the ultimate proof of how important AFOLs are for LEGO. 7,541 items in stock! Please rejoice with us on the biggest LEGO set ever: 7,541 parts promise a truly great (... and not quite cheaper) to be fun. The price we can not communicate well. But no: The set will not cost more than 1,000 euros (!). We can not tell when the set is presented to you. But I formulate it this way: If you want to see in detail the new Falcons, you are welcome on September 1, the LEGO Store seek. The days earlier, should you but zusammengebaut.com keep in mind. The VIP pre-sale of the LEGO Star Wars UCS Millennium Falcon 75192 starts on 14 September. Just a few weeks we have to wait. I wish you a good weekend and I hope I was able to answer many of your questions with this article. Send us gladly also henceforth questions and information: what we're here!
