5 proper lego, 3 Juniors and 2 Duplo. Maybe a large exclusive too. Seems they are going to milk this one so maybe this Xmas is a good time to sell the previous sets.3 points

A leaked picture of the 10259 Winter Train Station is up on reddit, looks good, just hoping those clock faces are printed.3 points

Hello everyone I'm 45 yo and I've started playing lego again for 2 years now. I'm a minifigs fan too, so sometimes I like to create small or medium builds to display them. Here's a set I've just finished called "Weird Science" to display one of my favorites minifigs the Bee and the Man Plant (Plant Man?). You can see other pictures and other stuff here : https://www.flickr.com/photos/rsmbricks/ Hope you like it Happy to be playing Lego again and sharing it with lego fans2 points

In all honesty, whatever it is, whatever it looks like, whatever the retail price is, I'm buying one and I can not wait to start building this thing!2 points

First is 8099 Mid Scale Star Destroyer Middle is one of the many Droid Tri Fighter incarnations. Might be a few pieces in this picture that don't belong to it though. Last one looks to be a giant spider, probably from set 4994 Creator.2 points

I have a wife, and she has expressly forbidden me from buying this set, until certain other non-essential things are purchased first (read: golf cart for cruising the neighborhood) .2 points

If anyone would like to join our BP fantasy football league, we have 3 open spots at this time. Please contact me for more info.1 point

I have one, and only one request of this set: No. Numbered. Bags. I want to search endlessly for that one piece, only to find it in that place I thought I already looked. Oh, sure, I could be organized - but what fun is that?! 10179 didn't need no stinking numbers on its bags, and neither does 75192! Come on, Lego, let's separate the post-pubescent from the pre-pubescent!1 point

My wife will be with me in line outside the Lego Store on day-1, since she wants it just as much as I do.1 point

You should PM the Berlin seller on ebay who is constantly selling and restocking them at 170 euros. They might have an answer.1 point

The second pile represents Disney´s royalty points. Some say there might be more than just a Falcon in the set but we´ll know soon enough.1 point

They hyping this so much I highly doubt it'll be limited edition. Anyone that really really wants one at retail price will be able to get it. Just gotta be ready when it goes live.1 point

Good question. Sounds like a great question for the BL forum - lob the grenade and watch the fur fly,1 point

I think the sand parts represent the part count of the Taj Mahal and the grey ones the part count of the MF... Still lots of parts for sure..1 point

Current info is that we’re getting Nexo (but the schedule may be switched with Ninjago – to capitalise on the movie) but no DC girls. Is there not another TLBM CMF series in the works? (I don't pay much attention to CMF anymore) but I can see a drop in production of the sets. So that's probably the capacity.1 point

i picked up two sets for $427.92 after tax. the kids will 100% build one after I teach them about the Panama Canal. more info i learned or verified during my order by chatting w/ customer support. the "LUGLOVEINT" discount code still works. only 40,000 sets were designed and packaged at billund, denmark. not sure if the sets come sealed as i forgot to ask. sets are not numbered. the folks didn't consider typical AFOL factors when negotiating w/ Lego for the license. my order # was in the low double digits. i hope that isn't an indicator of demand or that 40k sets will take a long time to sellout.1 point

TRU has a number of sets on sale again this week at 30-40% off. Included in that sale is the 76067 Tanker Truck Takedown @ $17.99. http://www.toysrus.com/search/index.jsp?s=A-UnitRank&kw=99827aug17&keywords=99827aug17&origkw=99827aug17&sr=1&ppg=96 Wonder Woman Dorm (41235) - $11.99 Speed Champions Mustang GT (75871) - $10.49 Tanker Truck Takedown (76067) - $17.99 New DC Super Hero Girls Sets are significantly lower than other stores. Harley's Dorm - $11.99 Lena's Kryptonite Factory - $35.99 Eclipso Dark Palace - $59.99 Batgirl Bunker - $26.99 It looks like it's a 2-day sale only, so no chance to stack with TRUTH.1 point

Didn't need to get lawyers. I'm also probably one of the luckiest guys out there with my divorce. She agreed to all the terms of the divorce, and signed it with me at the courthouse. Oh also...I have my retirement in tact, and no alimony...oh joyous occasion for me.1 point

I haven't tried to check out, but right now LEGO LEGO Shop at Home is showing the Travel Suitcase free with any purchase (shows up with a 3.99 CMF), which stacks with the free Build to Learn pack at $35. A few minutes ago it stacked with the free Iconic Cave at $50, but now it is showing that the Build to Learn and the Iconic Cave stack at $50. Not the hottest promos, and certainly doesn't compare to the stacking Bank / Snowglobe of a few weeks ago, but two Promos is always nice.1 point

I'm basing my analysis on the performance of 42009 MKII which I believe is a superior set. Mercedes Aroc's aren't very common in the U.S. This build is going to appeal to a very minimal range of Lego fans. At a buy in of 30% off+ I believe this is a great buy that will net 100$ profit pretty easily. That being said I wouldn't consider it at anything more expensive based on how terrible selling large sets has been plus the storage space and high competition.1 point

Have you checked Bricklink and Brickset? Both sites give weights for the full set. Word of warning: The-brick-cloner-who-shall-not-be-named makes this set too. Make sure you get to see the bricks, and make sure they have proper LEGO logos on them. Do not go by box (and its logo) alone.1 point
