Just sold the oldest set in my inventory (based on my purchase date). It was a Technic 42001 Mini Off Roader from 9/10/14 I got for $8.47, a whopping 35% discount after tax. Sold for $20 with free shipping on eBay. Stunning performance on this one lol. With the eBay 10% rewards bonus on sales, will net a bit over $4 after fees and shipping. Yay for almost 50% return! I can almost buy a $5 Subway foot long with the profits!6 points

There was a slew of sets that went from "Sold Out" in January to now being officially marked as "Retired" on US SAH and could be added to the sticky as February retirements. Some of the sets that were sold out are still not marked retired, such as the Tydirium, Anakins Starfighter, and TIE Adv Proto among others...plus I was only checking for sets that I own that have changed so there could be others. Here are the ones I have noticed: Raptor Rampage 75917 Flatiron Building 21023 Avengers Tower 76038 Deep Sea Operation Base 60096 Space Port 60080 First Order Snow Speeder 75100 Death Star Final Duel 75093 Naboo Starfighter 75092 Snowspeeder Micro 75074 AT-AT Micro 750755 points

Dimensions pretty much stopped working on the Wii U during season 2 because of its measly 32gb of storage so the chances of them making a Switch version is less than zero. Dimensions in general was a complete and utter flip - DOA. Lego was two years late to market (just like BrickHeadz is now) and I can imagine that they've lost hundreds of millions due to development costs and overstocked inventory. Pulling the plug halfway through their three year plan seems like the most sensible course of action for them.2 points

I believe they added the Architecture sets later in the day because in the morning they weren't included. If you click the link on B&N you can scroll the full list.2 points

I am not discouraging anyone from selling on Amazon , obv there is money to be made otherwise no one here would be selling on that platform ( sell thread would be a good reference ) . Folks also need to be aware of the risks and how to handle them especially with the lastest round of scam and how it affects their business now and probably down the road . im just calling your baby ugly in this thread2 points

I moved back in November. Had major problems with local post office. Not picking up scheduled pickups. Taking mail for pickups out of the mailbox and leaving it on packages (that never got picked up). Filed a complaint on USPS.com. Got a call within an hour from the local PO head supervisor. He apologized greatly and was in shock when I told him what was happening. Gave me his personal number and said "any problem going forward, call me immediately". Well. 3 days later I get home at 5:30pm. Packages still here. Mail already delivered. Called him and told him what happened. Mail truck here within 10 minutes. Never a problem since then. Sometimes pick up is later in day (after 5pm) but at least it's picked up. And mail delivery has been extremely fast internationally . To Canada a week ago package got there in 3 days. Same to U.K. Yet shipping an hour away takes 5 days. [emoji17]2 points

A lot QFLd many of them. There's a certain ebayer...that's been consistently selling them for 175 to 180 since November last year from the Florida area. At least 20 to 30 sold by now. Can't imagine how many he/she bought. I purchased a large quantity from the cali store. QFLd some and holding the others. I should have bought many more looking back on it. Definitely something to keep in mind if investing in this one. Who knows how many other sellers picked up large quantities at 100. Only the two lego disney stores had this sale, so it might not be too bad. Emphasize the word might.2 points

Not to make everyone envious but my local B+N had their entire Batman collection on 25% off. Of course they did not have the Arctic Roller and Arkham Asylum for obvious reasons. Picked up quite a few of these at 35% off (using member card) They also had a lot of star wars, Ninjago, Angry Birds and Minecraft sets in the clearance All in all a very worthwhile trip!2 points

Yeah there is a new workaround that DOES NOT require an override but you have to tell the cashier the button sequence. It will be part of my webinar Sunday remember all contributing BPers get 20% off use code BP20 (Mods excluded)2 points

Talk to them. Try and learn some more information to make a judgement call. We were all 0 feedback users once. Maybe the guy just wants the set, browsed Amazon, browsed eBay, then checked BrickLink and saw you had it at a price he liked, and decided to make an account to buy it. You could quite easily find this information out and make a judgement call on whether he's pulling your leg or not. I sell to 0 feedback buyers all the time. My logic is, if they're just starting out buying their Lego collection, and you nail down a flawless transaction on their first buy, the chances they'll be coming back to you to buy more in the future are pretty solid.2 points

Went to TRU and used the 20% off coupon for some clearance deals on 75096 (Sith Infiltrators)...but the best deal was using the same coupon for the NERF Star Wars First Order Blaster, (along with it being part of the buy one and get one 1/2 off deal they have going on). We are having a NERF birthday party for one of our boys. We were able to pick up a bunch for roughly $14 a piece (after coupons and magic) and will get rewards too. Should be a blast! (No pun intended).2 points

Battle On Scarif -it's a small set but a good representation of the scene. Worth the cost of it at TRU with 20% off, 20% GCs and TRUTH. I already added a sand baseplate to it to give it more space may add more if I have time to make a bigger scene with all the characters and troopers from battle packs. I got an extra 2 Shore Troopers too from a second set I bought to part out. I'm trying to decide if the parts from a second set are worth adding around to build up the size or not. I'm no master builder so I'm waiting to see if other people try to double up the size.2 points
