It's really upsetting the way some of you think. Seriously, what kind of statement is this? I am sorry, but that seriously ticks me off. What good does that do us? If you only care to click Brickset links then what are you doing here? It is a single post that is updated throughout the day. I corrected the issue of many posts throughout the day? How many other deal posts do you see? There is just one single post by Max Profit in this entire thread, that is all. Sure it gets updated, but it is just a single post. I have already posted several times that I am waiting for Amazon to fix some of the issues with their API for France, Italy, Spain, for whatever reason they don't work the same as the others. As c_rpg has said and some of you have done, ignore that user. Also, if you want me to share a ton of PMs or emails from users that enjoy this and appreciate getting the updates in the email and here, I will do that. Most people don't spend their entire days sifting through sites and other resources. Some people don't go to Brickset. You need to get it out of your head that everyone does things the way you do. I have a DEU one that is ready to go and I posted some over time and even posted some in the German Investors thread and asked some questions. Got no feedback at all. I guess I just read minds. The goal is to start showing other updates from places like John Lewis, Tesco, Argos, Toys R Us, Galeria Kaufhof and other regional places. Whatever works for people. Do some of you realize how many outliers a site like this or brickset go against? Plans like this Quidco, other Lego sites, credit card deals, etc. It is a small percentage of a small percentage that you fight for. It's not easy. I am just trying to build a feature that can help with that small percentage while providing a service that some (not all) of you can benefit from as well.9 points

Also, YMMV bypassing checkout entirely and walking out the door with a cart full of free lego sets. I can't believe we're still discussing coupon fraud like it's a valid moneymaking strategy.5 points

If 20% off a PS, + the VIP points, + the Snowglobe = an investment loss - I think it might be time to work on my resume.4 points

Agree, can't say enough on how great this looks on display. It's a lot more compact than the box and online pictures depict. Looking forward to seeing it in Rogue One in that one scene from the previews.4 points

We finished our winter scene... my oldest son says the green and orange snow plow doesn't belong but my youngest keeps playing with it. Wish we had some more white plates but looks good enough. First time we've ever assembled them at the same time.4 points

The saddest part is that most of us bought our stock under the assumption that discounts on exclusives would be far and few between. Now anyone can swoop in when the retiring soon flag pops up on a set and get a better buy in and free holiday promos. It's just another nail in the coffin on investing in Lego exclusives.3 points

I would very surprised if the Petshop doesn't perform like almost every other 2016 retirement.... poorly3 points

Thanks, i didnt know that...set marked as retiring soon on LEGO Shop at Home and sold out, i feel it...great set. I am in...hard to read codes but its looks like from some 2015, may be 20R53 points

It was a Target exclusive, so only 3rd party at Amazon and Walmart from day 1. I like this little set, but it's "investment" potential is dubious.3 points
-
The macks have had to deal with all our crap when we first started and asked if buying at 10% is a good deal or if there is much potential in Chima / nexo knights etc, cut them some slack as it's not easy to run a website with no revenue apart from affiliate links. Or you can donate them some money...3 points

Checked, no Green Arrow in my order. Will have to see if it comes separate. Thanks for those of you that offered one up to me. Don't worry - I covered my bases and got one in store on BF (with the Gremlins pack). So I'm covered.3 points

The last a-wing came with Ackbar and Han. Best I can figure Han and Lando were in the same hangar as the A-wing before heading off to battle in ROTJ. Still loving my vintage cloud car.3 points

Just finished building my first ever UCS set. Picked up a Tie Fighter in Black Friday sale and I'm delighted with it. Enjoyable build (I expected it to be a little repetitive) and the finished item is really impressive. Really big and looks great!3 points

Why does Lando come with an A-Wing? Why don't I remember that from the movies? R2 not coming with the landspeeder is just LOL dumb.3 points

For an additional 15% off, use this pass https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwaTJPpyp5dOUVBfejBTUWtUS1dXY0RBejQwWW12OWI2TXU4/view SOOO many sets, I hit three locations, left tons behind, and only one location had most everything marked. Have fun with the scanners. Also worth mentioning: this is a ONE day sale. 40% off is only today. 15% off pass coincidentally works today as well. Bonus coupon does not apply. One fraud alert and two credit cards later, I'm not buying anymore Lego for selling for at least the rest of this year.3 points

Do not take a loan out to invest in lego, try to use money which is surplus to requirement, as if you use loan and doesn't work out you'll just end up in debt2 points

Double decker couches have been taking names on Amazon recently, unloaded my stockpile for £49.99 each, not bad for a £7.50-£10 buy in at all. I always had faith in this set!2 points

Yes it isnt good to make up stuff or lie, however if people buy a set just because a certain member says so and havent done their own research, then frankly thats on them, you should never invest in something just becuase some random guy on the internet said so.2 points

All spin aside - I have little doubt that we will end up with half as many ebay bucks as we were getting. My monthly fees have just virtually increased by $40-$50.2 points

Hah, no worries. If that was the $16.79 price, it had been there for a while. Love that set.2 points

Open case . Take a lot of pics. Point to the buyer's communication where they admitted receiving the right product albeit "used". Use terms such as removed , and substituted instead theft and scammed . Stay professional . If u are denied, reopen case and ask for supervisor review2 points
