  2. C'mon, it's not that bad. Sure, it looks nothing like the ship from the show and the colors are all wrong and it's basically a log with weird folding wings and....Who am I kidding, it sucks. Has cool mini figs though.

  8. That's one of the worst looking lego trucks I've ever seen... did it look like that in the movie?

  9. Yeah. Lego just made all these new Disney molds so that the ahole that cleared out his local 20 Target stores can make bank. Ahahahaha

  11. You can imagine I am as sad as all of you having to say this, but I regret to say that we were not able to secure a second shipment of Disney minifigures. Distributors made promises, and they fell through. Now we too have to admit that, despite our attempts to provide everyone with a box, LEGO simply under-produced for this round. There were a few boxes left after our first shipment came in and everything was sent out to all our buyers here over the last few days. If we had enough to satisfy the demand, I can assure you that we would provide a competitive price. However, due to the fact that we will not be getting more stock any time soon, these will be priced much higher. For anyone who is interested, the items will be available through the following links: Set - http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEGO-71012-Complete-Set-of-18-Disney-MINIFIGURE-S-SERIES-/222083146610? Box - http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-SEALED-LEGO-71012-Box-Case-of-60-Disney-MINIFIGURES-SERIES-/331829122026? Again we apologize for the inconvenience this is to all of you. I truly wish this were not the case. If you feel that you have been wronged or cheated by not receiving one, please bring your complaint to LEGO. ...but don't. That really won't do you any good. Hope to see you all next time, Jon

  22. I sold an AT-AT 75054 for $220. These are starting to take off. I may have one more, I need to check again. I almost immediately rolled those proceeds into a lot of Harry Potter sets that popped up on CL. 15 x sets for $300. Couple small sets, couple big ones. It'll be a slam dunk double down, and HP sets always sell super fast.

  31. Probably some random artwork they found. There's some artwork where it has 3 rings. The original Ralph McQuarri art even had 5 or more rings.

  34. Watched the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Spain today. What an epic race, Dutch driver Max Verstappen won! Youngest Formula 1 race winner ever. Last week he was promoted from the Toro Rosso team to the Red Bull team. So, dear TLG..I know you hate the Dutch, and as the Dutch soccer team did not made it to the European Championship....we will not ask for the Dutch minifigures soccer series. But, could you please consider a UCS model of a Red Bull Formula 1 race car (type RB12) and make sure it has #33 on it (no stickers please). Thank you.

  35. It was revealed today R3-M3 fig with clear dome will be in this set. So that pretty much confirms it will be a playset with minifigs rather than a display set, and that it will be OT and not Starkiller Base.

  44. Lego 21010 Robie House. What an amazing and challenging build! I really like the fact that the instruction pages really make you work to build it correctly. You are scrutinizing placement based on the studs around it. Tons and tons of tiny red pieces and can be somewhat repetitive, but that is because the design emulates the brickwork beautifully. Catch this thing in the right light and just soak in the great details. The book is also awesome covering the history and sections of build. A great experience. This set does not really fit my normal display models, so if anybody is interested in owning a Robie, shoot me a PM and we'll chat.

  45. The Force Awakens felt rehashed to me as well: Death Star, unrealized hero on a desert planet (Luke wanted to leave, Anakin left, Rey doesn't want to leave), a droid with secret plans - they even went back to a desert planet for the droid escape, evil Sith seduces youth for his bidding. First Order Officer, paired with or against Sith Lord, to serve a powerful supreme puppet master.... Even the speech given on the Icy Death Star felt like the Palpatine's speech to the Senate for a "Galactic Empire". I felt like I was watching a rehashed rerun of the first 6 movies. All the story lines have been done in the previous 6 movies except for Kylo Ren's answer for his "issues". However even that issue runs deep in the previous films, but Kylo chose a different route to handle his "issues", and I did not enjoy the actor or the character of Kylo Ren. I thought the Kylo Ren character was weak, possibly intentionally by the story/director for further development - why is he wearing a helmet? Is it to remind the audience that evil Sith Lords have helmets and we should hate them for wearing them? The other new characters, Finn and Rey were ok, I guess. Their relationship together will be a new story, but a timeless story nonetheless. I thought their skills in fighting Kylo Ren were unrealistic, and a movie flaw. The sight of Carrie Fisher's plastic surgeries made me recoil in my seat a little bit. Her character's appearance (not her role but her appearance) wasn't really necessary except for the fans who appreciated it. Han Solo's appearance was good as well as Ford's revision of it. Luke's appearance, eh...we shall see... I hope the next film does a better job with a NEW story. This just felt like an introduction of Kylo Ren, Rey and Finn.

  46. Yeah, you're right. I've never seen a movie where a droid escapes with valuable information on a desert planet, only to be found by accident by a person that has fantastic powers but doesn't know it, and is chased by an army of white armored soldiers lead by a black suited leader, stopping off at a cantina of weird aliens, then onto a weapon capable of destroying a planet by using a giant beam, where a rescue is performed, a mentor is killed during the rescue, and it turns out the weapon has one weakness that can be exploited by flying down a trench. Sounds all new to me!
