  2. There is a new feature available to those of you that may not have wanted to start from scratch and re-list all of your current eBay products. This feature will hopefully make that process a little faster. In the Products section of the Vendor admin areas, you will see a new link for "Import from eBay". Its a pretty simple and fast setup. You will see an eBay Connect/Reconnect button that will bring you to eBay and ask for your permission for Brick Classifieds to get your listings. They basically pass us a token to allow us to list your items for you to select and import. It will show you all your current listings. If there are non LEGO related listings, you can keep those unchecked and it will only import the ones you want to import. You will also have the ability to select a small discount to your current pricing. If you would like to lower the price by 5% or even 10% it will adjust those prices on import. Once you select all your desired items to be imported, process them and you will then see all of them listed and ready to be edited and made live. All imported items default to the non active status. You will still need to add/adjust a few things to make sure it fits the Brick Classifieds format. It will import your Title, Description, Price, Quantity, condition (if available) and images. You will still need to select the category, enter tags and do shipping. If you are using stock photos on eBay, these will need to be turned into personal photos for Brick Classifieds. This has been going really well on the site, and we do not want to deviate from this. Note: All my listings above are fake, just used for testings... Hopefully this feature will encourage some of you that are just on eBay to import your listings here and continue to build the marketplace. If you are running into issues, please send me a PM and we will figure it out. Feedback is always welcome. There is also a sync process setup to monitor your eBay listings. If it is sold on eBay, it will update your Brick Classifieds listings. It can subtract quantity or make your listing in-active. Thank you

  7. No. You have a guy that drags 3 tacklers 3 yards after contact on a regular basis. If he cannot break the plane on 3 attempts with timeouts, hats off to a pats D that stepped up when it mattered most. Reports are they had pre-planned the series. What they didn't do was pivot when the situation changed and it cost them.

  9. I'm only up to 20...will try to get another 10 this month. I'm going to stop buying once price goes over $500. I would REALLY like 50 of these now. I'll post a pic if I come close.

  10. I'm not even going to bother with walking into a Target to scan the LEGO. When you guys report back that discounts are close to 50% and there is still stock to be found, then I may venture out, lol!

  11. That is a tough comparison there newbie77. 9493 is the best system scale x-wing, but it can not hold up to 10240. The build of 10240 is far far superior in every way. The playability is a win for 9493, but barely. I found both models to be sturdy and swosh-able, but the minifigs do add a lot of play features to 9493. With that said those that are paying 400+ for an x-wing will pass on anything system and go for the "adult" version of this model. Another think to keep in mind is there weill be many more system scale x-wings before you ever see another UCS x-wing. E VII brings huge upside to everything Star Wars. I have not been to my local stores. Anyone know if the Washington DC area has any more? If it truly is gone, this may surprise us all by hitting $400 by Christmas. Yes, $150 would have been sweat, and it would have changed a lot in the EOL picture but to compare it to 10212 which was on sale a lot is not fair. I am pleased with the performance of 10212 and would be content with similar returns with any set. You will not loos money on this one. Guaranteed* * If you hold for a year it will go up at least %50. I agree, but the upside is solid and the floor is profit. I just got my final shipment from Target today. I am done and will not be looking that them until 2016 or later.

  13. I am just glad TLG did away with the ridiculous UCS tax and came back to their senses with Slave 1. In a few years Slave 1 will be one I fill my boots with no questions asked. Still hoping for that magic May 4 promo on 10240.

  14. I believe it'll be somewhat of a sleeper hit but for a hardcore fans like me it's a must have, it's my second favorite ship right after the millenium falcon. And who knows how long it'll take lego to make another version of it since it's last iteration was one of the first ucs sets that came out over a decade ago

  17. I realize the weather channel is wrong 100% of the time, but come on! A brief period of freezing drizzle this afternoon is so far a 3 hour long full fledged snow storm. I don't even know why they bother to predict when they can't even get the current weather right most of the time. Which involves all of the science and technology of looking out the window.

  21. This little polybag has been found at a Toys R Us in Canada retailing for $4.99 making it the first to hit store shelves so far.

  22. 20% off is like the regular LEGO deal at TRU plus at TRU you won`t have to deal with empty shelves and hundreds of people in line at checkout, so no thanks Target.I will check back in a few weeks. Shipping materials were 30% off though, might be a good deal when they mark them down further.

  24. My missing AA from TRU order was refunded. Did require someone from USA-based support to fix this - non-US support somehow translated my "missing set" into "damaged package" and initiated return.

  25. Just returned from a Target in Great Montreal Area, yeah, the parking lot is so full that it took me some time to find a place to park. This store is heavily loaded with everything, including Legos. Seems either they have put quite some stuff in warehouse during previous clearance waves, or the close-store decision is really a surprise. But the liquidation is a typical Target Canada trick IMO, at most 30% off and for Lego it is only 20% off! I even saw things only 10% off. Btw I found some strange stuff on their shelves: things do not have bar code, don't know where these things come from.

  26. And they will likely sell out at %20 and people will think "Wow what a good deal!". These are the people who probably never shopped in Target and are unaware 30/50/70% off Lego was pretty common. However to be fair; it has been pretty difficult even finding sets at %20 up here recently... Gunna pop by after work, maybe grab a few pieces of clothing and whatnot, but yeah %20 isn't deep enough for non-exclusives imo.

  29. With time it will produce, no doubt. You won't lose money on the Red 5. The question is: at two hundred bucks, is it the best place to put your Lego investment capital? The answer is this: I do not know. I do know this... For $39 bucks more, one could acquire a Tower Bridge. Is that the right play? The answer is... Again, I do not know. I would read both topic forums- from start to finish- and decide for one's-self.

  30. My Lego "ideas" submission got nowhere: Lego: Higgs Boson. Just an empty poly-bag, with no photo or any identifying information, priced at a modest $3.99. Other commentary: Wall-E? More LIke Wall-ME-WANT-A-BETTER-IDEAS-SET (26.2% clever). And. DR. WHO. Really, unless you "hail from across the pond", more like "DR. WHO GIVES A - - - -?" (32.498% clever; marginally better). Traveling/drinking. apologies in advance.

  31. Why don't they just come out and say no large sets with over say, 1000 pieces? They have never done a large style set or modular as an Ideas set ever and from the looks of it, never will. So why waste people's time by having them build super huge sets just to get shot down instantly? Just say in the rules "no sets over xxx pieces". At least then people wouldn't get their hopes up for a set that's never going to get made. I mean, i would definitely buy a Wayne Manor, X-Mansion, and Ghostbusters Firehall. But, all it is is a tease. So really, why bother voting for any of them in the first place if Lego is just going to ignore or disqualify it automatically anyways?

  36. Town Hall is an outlier. In statistics, you often toss out the outliers when discussing trends. Does the life of the arctic supply plane indicate everything will retire in 6 months? No. It's an outlier, too. Does the life of the DS indicate every LEGO set will be produced FOREVER? No. It's an outlier. We are speaking in grand terms about things we do not control. Maybe PC is already done and no more production will be made. Maybe TH will come back over the summer. Maybe, maybe, maybe... I think this kind of paranoia is exactly what TLG wants because it keeps us buying.

  37. I agree with this sentiment. With increased demand, why would TLG turn off the faucet?

  43. It was an ingenious move from LEGO to focus on the classic side of the theme. After all almost always the parents make the decision Also the builds are quite decent. Much better than Super Heroes or Pirates. I will be getting these sure as hell. The figures will go well with HH as well.
