  1. I fear a lack of security in a Chinese LEGO factory and some valuable molds walking out the back door into the hands of some knockoff company.

  2. Don't buy, PM me the Walmart location and I'll relieve you of this decision. Jk. I've been buying every one up that I could find in the last few months. I think they are a great value.

  3. I know a lot of people call Minecraft a fad, but it is only a fad if you call Batman a fad too. It will rise and fall in popularity, but my older kids and their friends hook up weekly to play, and have been for years. Minecraft is a gateway to computers and programming for developing teens. I wouldn't underestimate its popularity at all. I wouldn't mind being stuck with a 100, but I am putting most of my money elsewhere until closer to Christmas.

  4. Sort of on topic, Minecraft seems like the only sets I've seen were resellers (SOME. CERTAINLY not all. Just a few bad apples...) actually actually are unethical. Just look at in on Amazon (at least); first time I've seen false MRSPs listed. And almost every sale is one. The worst? The **** who says the Village has an MRSP of $149.99 ( selling it for $51.08...That's right people...Buy now and you save $98.91!) That (flat out lying) should be banned by Amazon. It's these morons who give resellers a bad name... BTW; that listing: http://www.amazon.com/Lego-Minecraft-The-Village-21105/dp/B00FG8H93W/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1389458894&sr=8-12&keywords=minecraft+lego

  5. I think a lot of people have piles of the first Minecraft set, 21102. Maybe it's just my speculation, I sort of feel that it's likely to hit the end... It has been oos and 'will be shipped on ****' on LEGO Shop at Home a lot lately. Seeing the similar pattern of those modular sets, going in and out of 'will be shipped', makes me suspicious a bit about it. But of course, there are a lot of cases being marked that way but are still around for long time. A lot of us will probably be really happy if it's done. The Village and the Nether are out and the retirement of the first sense sort of make sense. Well, or the reasoning could go in another direction. On the contrary, the recent TRU endless supply of this set, although now it's gone now, makes it harder to believe the set is done. Buy anyway, just pop up a thought, what do you guys think?

  6. The rumored sets were always just that, rumors. When the numbered sets came out, folks assumed LotR since they had a October release, which doesn't coincide with the movie release. It appears they are, in fact, There and Back Again sets, which bothers me. I'm really hopeful that another wave of LotR comes out, but it's looking more and more bleak as time goes on. It will be a travesty to anyone that loves LotR Lego and doesn't get squat from Gondor, but Lego has left out important scenes from movies before, like Indiana Jones.

  7. I built a 4490 SW Republic Gunship Mini Set last night. And then flew it around for a few minutes, going "pew, pew, pew"

  8. Those boxes say the Hobbit on them. Weren't the rumors for LOTR specific sets? I'm not saying they aren't coming but this just confirms another wave of Hobbit sets for the last movie.

  9. This. It's pretty much a guarantee. You can't go wrong getting this at $60. If the economy tanks, you'll still be able to net $80 on this set.

  12. I would bet: - it will get below $60 this summer a bunch - it will get to $100 if it is gone by Christmas. This is one set that is available pretty much everywhere in my area, so it looks like it is sticking around. I still like it long term and have a few.

  13. I hate it when 'that neighbor' and his offspring gets into yet another one of those crazed yelling arguments where it carries on into their driveway and the street. Seriously, what the f**k? To add, it's pretty bad when four cop cars and a sheriff arrive.

  15. Yep. They are awesome. When they showed me the listing online, it only showed a small Lego box, and another small box of pieces. When I got home today, there was multiple bags sitting and boxes sitting under our Christmas tree. It was like Christmas morning all over again.

  16. I have been looking for a place to post this lately and looks like I can do it here...........It absolutely makes my blood boil when someone doesn't leave feedback. I would have at least 50 more feedbacks if everyone left feedback like they were supposed to do. In my mind its part of the purchase agreement!! DAMN YOU LAZY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

  17. Not too bad of a price. Amazon had these for $57 a couple weeks back. I wouldn't be surprised if they have them at this price again at some point before they go EOL. Also if you have a B&****** membership you can wait until the next time they have a 20% coupon and pick one up there for around $50 before tax.
