investors prob have to go with multi copies of the batmobile and/ or batplane. also remember the WB onsite shop doesn't charge sales tax (it is up to your for reporting). so you can get 2 batmobile sets for $80 clear. not bad considering it is getting hared to find. - or - buy 3 batplanes is prob the better deal as this set is very hard to find now. plus you get the joker and a henchman. = = = = = = = = = UPDATE: picked up 3 batplanes for $28.28 each. It will easily be $30 next Christmas. Have 50, just bought another 10 (2 accounts) I have the same amount of captains, cat woman's, freeze, and the spider/ venom sets. These, like funhouse are ridiculous cheap and super value for money. Stock up! Just the 3 figs are worth the price. Throw in the neat helicopter, instructions and sealed box post retirement---easy 30 bucks next year--post fees and shipping. Guaranteed. Still a small profit in reality per unit...but easy to ship and store. I plan to bundle them with the other super heroes that are retired next Christmas for an easy double.

Crawlers are dried up in my area again. I hit 2 stores, and my brother hit 2 hoping there was a fresh shipment Monday. All 4 were out...2 (Peabody and Braintree) said no more coming...Natick and Burlington didn't know. The spot on the shelf was gone in braintree.

As prophesied, got another 2 crawlers today, plus another 6 of the halloween 3 figure sets (they must just keep replacing the ones I buy on a daily basis, I'm curious to see when they run out), their last spring scene polybag (for now) and 5 of the pumpkin polybag from a box that had just arrived even though it's supposed to be all gone. I did 3 separate transactions but the wrinkle today was I only got 1 christmas box. The clerk said they're only supposed to give out one per customer. So far I'm not causing any problems with all this crawler buying so I wasn't going to blow my goodwill and complain. I now have 6 crawlers and 6 christmas boxes and was only ever expecting to have 1 christmas box and no crawlers so I'm still ahead. Two more days left in October so I'll likely go back each of the next 2 days to take advantage of the double VIP points and see how many more crawlers and christmas boxes I can get.

Well, I'm almost done updating the main list here and will try to finish up in the next day or so but in the meantime I just would like to extend a big thank you of gratitude towards orale1226. I didn't even know most of those were exclusives at all so kudos.

If you look back through old threads, there has been a lot of proof that the in store labels mean nothing. Its gone, there really is no other explanation. Its not coming back. It was overpriced and didn't sell well at retail. They cleared their stock and I am pretty sure will be done with it. Meanwhile those of us who have quietly stocked them such as yourself will be happy. This isn't gonna be a $1000 set. But I think it could hit $350 - $400 in several years.

It's a good way to appease both crowds... don't like it? Cut open the bags and dump them out as soon as you open the box and act like nothing has changed. But for people like me that can't find the red brick hiding in a pile of white, it's helpful.

I for one like the numbered bags just because I have dyslexic tendencies and sometimes pieces literally blend in with each other. So the more separate the better. Plus I hate sorting.

You have to love the creative croissant use on the Town Hall. That's one of my favorite things about the modulars. The use of the unconventional parts to build really cool stuff, like snow skis on Cafe Corner.
