You can use a hair dryer and almost any sticker will lift off that sort of box very easily.

They're pretty slick sets, and supplement the Winter Village diplays quite nicely. The two new sets together almost make up its own Winter Village set.

I think it's worldwide. I haven't heard that it's US only.

My only objection is if someone tries to eat my own particular dogs. Other than that, have at it. Goats are smart, people eat them. Horses are loyal, people eat them. Cows are... nevermind, I have nothing good to say about cows except they're delicious. But we did have two pet turkeys once, very nice, affectionate birds. We ate their cousins every Thanksgiving anyway. On topic: I'm a wait and see before I freak out girl. I only have so much time allocated per day to freaking out about stuff, and if I blow it on something that turns out fine, it's a wasted opportunity to pitch a fit over something that matters!

If you were on last night around midnight or so you would have seen why TRU isn't gonna change. The 41999 which has been sold out for a while now and is being released in batches a few at a time was available last night for a few minutes on the TRU EBay store. The same people who despise TRU because of their business practices were the same people scooping this set up even at the ridiculously inflated price. We all know there are gonna be some people whining about how there order got canceled or how their box came totally crushed. The TRU ebay store has thousands and thousands of negative feedbacks but for some reason people still shop there. No offense was meant by any of the posts here, TRU rants just grow tiresome. My suggestion from experience is to just forget the store exists. My life is a lot better now that I have done that :)

Yes, same happend last year before Christmas - it does not affect all sets but mainly the interesting ones... Last time the lock was canceled again in February - so hopefully we can order again next year from Germany...

Nice. She wanted me to start on one of my two HH's but I held back because still not sure I want to keep one for myself or sell them both down the road. Plus I was tired and didn't feel like building all of that, ha ha.

Nive letter, I see that took some effort but I also think you probably should've been a bit more appreciative of their response. Im not trying to be rude, but most business will still give you a BS response even with all of that but the person in this case actually took the time to address your concerns individually and even tried to relate to your analogies. Her grammar was a bit lacking for a sincere response letter, but I think "Shanice" actually put some effort into her letter, and I respect that even if TRU's policies won't change.

Thank you for sharing your story. It took quite some time and thoughts to write that letter. There is no downside for doing it and you ended up with a 30% coupon. Not too shabby. TRU was great before it filed chapter 11 and bought by private equity. The investors tried to cash out over the summer with no success. Until they have to listen to public investors, the current business model is here to stay. I treat TRU like the Lego store. I would only shop there for the exclusives. There are plenty of retailers that wants me as a customer.

I appreciate you sharing these emails. It definitely provides some insight into the corporation, and shows that if you press hard enough in the right spots you can at least move something. While your message, I agree, is unlikely to change anything in itself, you didn`t waste your time IMO. 30% is fantastic for an SSD, and at least you saved $120 in the end. I`d focus on that positive factor, knowing all the while that the rest of us would kill for that deal... haha But seriously, good on you for taking the time!

There are deals to be had at Toys R Us, just shop smart.
