  1. I dump it out right on the carpet. Every piece I can't find I yell at my dog thinking she ate it. I then find it. I don't apologize.

We see a lot of amazing MOC in this thread, thanks for that! There is only few Technics MOC though while there are awesome things done too! Personally I'm Technic fan (I hope I'm not alone ...) so time to time I
  3. By the time you post enough to earn the points for the UCS MF you could have landed a couple of part time jobs and bought one.

  6. So this is basically another example of why TRU is garbage? They put out those sets early so that they are the only one carrying them? Amazing how shady TRU is!

I agree that sometimes it is the company's fault but no matter how good of care they take packing your items, some of them are going to get damaged and it isn't always their fault. By asking them for a discount or a return every time an item gets a little ding it just raises the cost of everything else in the long run. Just being devils advocate...

You can report items. (I just got done reporting this item.) If you go under the listing's picture you will see two tabs that say "Description" and "Shipping and payments." To the right of those you will see "Report item."
  10. The exchange rate also would be a factor, the Australian dollar has fallen below parity to the US dollar so a $320 set will cost about $350 before postage (approx $70). Also, Lego has introduced free shipping for orders over $150 in Australia, so the $400 set will not cost any more for postage at the moment. There are not alot of retailers in Australia expected to carry the item, however there may be a bit of a change to that being the item is an Australian model and new retailers may be engaged to sell it. I have been told directly that the actual Sydney Opera House will be selling the set, how many other Creator sets can claim this honour?
  11. If someone gets to that point honestly and with quality content, they would deserve the set. Jeff and I are going to add some sets on the lower end to interest more people.
  12. Well I have no idea either; I was just making s**t up!
