LFOW's Note: I've had a few problems with the Pulsar design for some time. The frame was horrendously back heavy, and the power cells were, until now, held in stress at angles on the 1x2 plate with handle that connects the neck.
However, I have completely redone the neck area, integrating this connecting to this, allowing me to connect the cells properly, while maintaining the shape and head connection.
