I scrolled back a few pages and couldn't find the answer.

Does anyone know how many sets per LEGO carton for 10245 Santa's Workshop?

4. IIRC...it's been a year...

They say the memory is the first thing to go. I can't remember the second...

I just got some recently and mine came with 3 per box.

Amazon just combined my order of 2 of these with a box of 250 diapers my wife ordered a few days ago.  I'm expecting the worse and likely a return for Amazon.  I hate it when they do this.

Shipping would be a lot more if they packed it in a roll cage.

my 2x SWs showed up from amazon in the same box.  with no pillows or paper at all.  fortunately the box was in good shape and no issues with the SW.  Amazon is not blameless in the process, even when its mostly the carriers beating up the boxes.  They have the clout to put a stop to it overall.

Exactly, the same carriers ship the stuff I sell and it never arrives damaged, because I actually give a s*** when I pack stuff. We aren't asking for roll cages from Amazon. Just that they actually make it appear at least that they too give a s***.

Amazon also uses really poor quality boxes for those larger ones. The smaller book-sized boxes they use are made from stronger/better cardboard than the big ones. Most of us don't use the same crap when shipping LEGO sets because we understand that the box condition is important.
