Charlotte Area Craigslist Lot

Any one in the Charlotte NC area, check out this lot. Looks very interesting especially if you can get the price down a bit. As it is the At-Ot would pay off nearly half of it. I would make a play for it, but it's at least a 7 hour round trip for me and that's just a bit much.

Don't get too excited. It appears an immature 10 year old is trying to manage the sale and is looking to start a bidding war.

I called and was immediately told he had a $625 offer. He asked me what I wanted to pay.

Sorry but I can't deal like that. And fwiw, it appears they're sold.

Too bad, that looked like a nice lot. Too much work at that price point though.

Worth keeping an eye on if their "buyer" falls through.
