MartinP Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Thank you, Amazon.fr. That's great. Congrats. Quote
Anakinisvader Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Now what the heck am I going to decorate my Christmas tree with? Just series 1 2 and 3? Bah Humbug. 1 Quote
Diabolos80 Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Thank you, Amazon.fr. Nice haul Mos. Not cheap either. I'm having trouble justifying the purchase of one each to build. Obviously you think there's growth in them. How long do you plan to hold? Quote

Obviously you think there's growth in them. How long do you plan to hold? If it was any other theme besides SW I wouldn't have cared about it, but I have to have one of everything to open and one to keep sealed at the very least. While I was at it I figured I should get a few extra to maybe one day off set some of the cost. That will probably take a while. I plan on getting a booth at Celebration in 2015 so hopefully they will be worth something by then. Quote

I had thought about doing it just to get a set of them or 2. Quote
Mos_Eisley Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Honestly, I didn't even figure it out. It was all in Euros and all I needed to know was that I wasn't paying $50 each for them. It was probably right around $15 each. Unfortunately, the cost didn't matter to me as I must have everything. Quote

I feel like its wrong of me to consider all other types of money fun-money - especially when US money is worth less, but thats what it feels like. Lol I know the feeling on having everything. I haven't been at this near the length you have, but I want every star wars set. Don't really care how good/bad it is. That part just determines how I will display it. Quote
Alfiepops Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 LOL I must be dreaming.... Europe/World gets something US did/does NOT ???? Well its about time Am I missing something? I have yet to see S4 in the UK and not readily available on ebay UK. Will the UK get them at all? Two of the three sets have exclusive minifigs that I want/need. Quote
astroricardo Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 For what it's worth, if anyone is interested I did order a set from in and out distribution on Amazon. They shipped from Austria and arrived well ahead of schedule. If you don't mind the extra $15 it takes to get them here in the US then buy from them with confidence. Quote

I'm planning on going, haven't bought my tickets yet but I have no worry about tickets selling out. Quote
krayzie Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 I am still hoping Canada gets these so I can drive up there and buy a set. Quote

I'll be the guy with all the Star Wars LEGO sets and minifigures, you can't miss it! I have my regular tickets and room already done. Now I just need vendor reservations to open up, but that won't be until at least February of next year. Quote
nolanfan34 Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 I'm heading to Romania and Germany for work next month. Hoping to find a few of these if I get lucky. Quote
Ed Mack Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Thanks for the heads up...Just bought five 75011s and 75010s. The 75009s were out of stock from what I could read in French. LOL Quote
Headhunter Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 On Amazon Germany they have 75009 for a few more Euros. Thought I would throw it out there. Quote
sadowsk1 Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Bump. After checking out a local stores sales online I came across this link: http://www.farmandfleet.com/products/798426-lego-star-wars-tantive-iv-and-alderaan-75011.html#.Uma7cPU8B8E I wonder what the German writing is all about (I think it's German anyways). I also wonder if this means they might potentially be showing up in the US. One who enjoys them can only hope. Quote
krayzie Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 I am hoping Canada gets them so I can drive accross the border and buy them... Quote
sadowsk1 Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 An update from Farm and Fleet. They said to check back in June because an order has been placed. I think they essentially told me to let it go...lol oh well. I'm told you can buy these through Ebay and a place called bricklink... Quote
nolanfan34 Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 I'm heading to Romania and Germany for work next month. Hoping to find a few of these if I get lucky. Found them in Germany in Munich. More than one store, and at the airport as well. Picked up a couple of complete series, willing to trade one if someone in the US is dying to have them. My son built the B-Wing one today, the minifig has some impressive printing on the legs, and it has a cockpit piece that is printed that must be unique to this set alone. Really think these have some potential if they never make it to the US. Quote
DoNotInsertIntoMouth Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 SO I built planet series 4. Upset they are continuing these. This set was just incredible: Quote
krayzie Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Damn lego not releasing them in the US. Quote
DoNotInsertIntoMouth Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Damn lego not releasing them in the US. Yeah I know. Shipping one of each over will run you about $75-$90. Rough. I traded a member here a Batcave for the three (I paid $50 for the Batcave). Both of us got a good deal. They are awesome. Quote
Lateral-G Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Strange decision on Lego's part by not selling series 4 in the USA. Makes no sense and is stupid IMO. Quote
