BrickLegacy
Are these widely available in LEGO stores? I'm surprised that with the box reissue we don't see them available online at all major retailers. It's been available on Amazon for a while now but I think it disappeared rather quickly on Walmart a few weeks back. Target is holding strong at the 3rd party price match.Does it really take this long to produce new sets with a new box? Something doesn't seem right. Maybe they are holding stock for the holiday rush? Not sure if that makes sense either.I wish I had some tea leaves nearby.

Zelgazra
Was just at the Oakridge Vancouver store and they had old version TBs on the shelf. Was 5 mins from closing so I didn't have time to check further. Also saw a single MF and RR. Slave1 and SC also available.

Worldwide TOOS.TOOS = we know there are some spare ones but they are in the sales manager´s office so we need to wait till he goes for a coffee before we can get them.

Val-E
Why don´t they want to sell them to us online, though?
tacsniper
I wonder if their warehouse capacity in North America have any thing to do with it. Maybe some staff and warehouse space will be more focus on distribution as oppose to fulfillment?

That makes me think there is an issue with the product or packaging, otherwise either make it Sold out or ship at xx days.....
Sozial
What I dont get is the stock level on Brickset compared with the OOS-Status on Lego. Stock level on brick set is 619 pcs..Same with R5 and PS...That leaves three possibilities:- The Brickset data is lagging behind (lets see tomorrow, I dont belive that since yesterday over 1K PS have been ordered)- The data is complete nonsense- Lego is playing with us

Likewise with Wall E a few days back and we now have the explanation why. A noob question, has PS received a new box yet? Maybe they are doing the changeovers with these sets..... tacsniper
Or production schedule. At this point I guess every product is in a queue to be made. They will make enough to last for x days then move on to the next item. Which may explain why JW is TOOS. They allocated 3 weeks of cranking out that line and now it is on the bottoms of the queue. This will be back early 2016? This can be purchase else where no problem. Just not through LEGO Shop at Home
Val-E
Defiinitely possible. The portfolio is too big and they don´t want to retire anything as sales are strong so they put some sets on the backburner.

Maybe they are doing the changeovers with these sets.....I don't think PS ever got a new box, though you should probably post the question in the PS thread. I stopped buying PS's this Spring after hitting my quota, but I've followed the thread and don't recall any 'expert' box sightings. Whereas PC and TB have definitely gotten the updated boxes. Rumor is big ben?Yeah... but will they retire it with the knowledge there will be coming a big ben? It would fit together nicely!
