DoNotInsertIntoMouth
The people that buy big never click any of our affiliate links A note in a German Lego catalog stating "Limited" in red on the listing's page, and the word of the set's designer stating Lego told him it would be a limited release. That's the sum total that I've heard of its "Limited" status. Worth a shot And I just bought a decent amount off your links Jeff
Quacs
Yeah, this one's a lottery ticket. Not sure whether it will cash in or not...we shall see in the next few weeks.
oneknightr
"I have a bad feeling about this." Still available to order on LEGO Shop at Home (although shipping 8/15) and available at Target online? It definitely doesn't feel like a limited to 10K sets release. Well played Lego, well played. I'm still going to pick up a few sets from Target just in case it truly is limited in some way. emonster
I'm not touching this thing...you guys are way too trigger happy! I might buy one when this craze passes... On the other hand, I really like the potential of the Wall ees. Hopefully that one makes it through to production.
jaisonline
Yeah, this one's a lottery ticket. Not sure whether it will cash in or not...we shall see in the next few weeks. at least target.com's 90 return policy allows us an easy return (if needed). give us time to watch this set for a while. wish i did that w/ my BTTF sets... 2 thumbs up for target
Deez_Brickz
I am thinking about getting even more from target. The 90 day return policy is enough time to see of the exo suit has rover or delorean type of production numbers.
anon33
The mars rover I believe lasted a while on the first day I believe. The first run of the 41999 lasted into the afternoon of the 1st day on sale last year... stackables
Limited or not, it is still a great set and not too expensive. This is a no-brainer for someone who likes mechs.
DoNotInsertIntoMouth
Yeah I kind of wasn't too scared to sink a decent amount into it. Honestly with Christmas coming up if this is widely available, it will probably be a good christmas seller.

This set is a winner. For old Space fans like me, it's a must have.
emonster
for sure the 90 return is a great safety! I take back my remark... spend, spend, spend!!!

AFOLs and kids love space sets. then threw a green "Benny" into a Space Mech and bang, a winner.
rubysue74
Stayed up late to get my order in, & this is the first chance I've had to get on BP this morning. Needless to say, slightly let down by all the happenings. Went to bed trying to figure out how I could get my hands on 2 more, never thinking all I would have to do is jump on target.com today & order away. Limited schmimited! Will still buy more though. Frank Brickowski
What I don't get at the moment: There is some rather solid hint at the Exo Suit being limited since a) the designers said so and an official LEGO publication had showed it with a "limited" tag ...BUT... Just because some retailers have the Exo Suit (non-orderable) on their site, all of a sudden everyone "knows" that it is NOT limited. What about the two official info pieces? Why does everyone ignore them right away just because of some Target listing which seems to have existed for the Rover, too. What is the difference this time. Why the suden change of minds? Guest TabbyBoy
I just ordered another 5 but, shipping on 04SEP. Another miniMINI anyway.
oneknightr
Bought four from Target and will hang onto them until the 90 day return window to see if they are truly limited or not. The limit of 2 at LEGO Shop at Home and mini mini poly wasn't enough to get me to order from them.

4gotAboutDre
Idk guys. My wife went by the mall this morning with the kids to pick me up one for my personal collection and she said nobody was at the Lego store and they had plenty of them. No lines around the building to get in and sell out. I'm not saying it's not limited but it seems like if they only made one run of these, they at least made it one nice long run. cladner
just snagged another 3 from target - clicking affiliate target link first at top of daily deals page. target has a very favorable return policy. normally 90 days but purchases with red card get an extra 30 days - so basically you have until Black Friday to decide what to do with these. Not that this will add much weight but so far no availability at Canadian retailers. This is vastly different than Ecto1.
