So far:

Best match (action wise and equality): England vs Italy

Best goal(s): Sturridge, Marchisio, Van Persie(1st), Swiss winning goal!

Yet to see a goal from free kick Ronaldo/Furlan style....

Must say even though there are really alot of goals(nearly record breaking) most of the goals are pretty boring to me so far....

I couldn't believe I was looking at one of the heavy favourites be matched and outmatched by Bosnia. No disrespect to Bosnia, but a team that starts Aguero, Messi and DiMaria should run over anybody that stands in their way.

Hats off to Bosnia.

Yeah so far the best impression was left by England, Italy, and the Dutch.....

Everything else was semi disappointingly, especially the Spanish, Brazilian and Argentine.....

Uruguay is forever paper champion anyway so i leave them out :P :P :P:D

Next stop is Germany vs Portugal and Ghana vs USA..... see what these 4 can do....

I thought Messi's goal was fairly impressive. Not for him, but for futball mortals.

I am not a fan of individual goals unless they are from free kicks.... I prefer actions like the one for Sturridge goal or even Swiss goal :)

what a dominant performance by the Germany. CR7 not fit enough.

Hope Hummels isnt badly injured

Problem with Portugal is that the team is CR7 and 10 other guys. Germany and Italy are solid teams, no big egos to please there.

ok, based on what i saw out of Portugal, USA should go through to the next round.

Germany, Italy, Holland and Maybe Brazil are top 4.
Brazil had an off day.  remember, They are still at home and can turn it up at any moment.
Will be able to tell more when they match up against Mexico.
Need to see Belgium Play tommorow!

Understandable. There is definitely a beauty to an assisted goal for sure.

For example

(Could not find a better quality or english commentary that i listened to)

This is one of the best goals I ever seen in terms of counter attacking....

It doesn't get better than that.

All of the players do one touch and no more.

Leave it to the current generation of Germany to always turn up at the WC and get straight to business to execute the team action plan with efficiency and no sign of pressure or fear, doesn't matter which football 'giant' side they are playing. Barring injuries, their fitness was top, they broke fast and decisively (Ozil always finding space for himself), great midfield and forward mobility, Muller smart play and ruthless as usual, absence of Reus and Schweinsteiger not an issue Hopefully Klose gets to play in the next few matches - would love to see if he's still dangerous up front. May be up to the Azzurri again to stand a chance in containing them.

And Merkel really loves her football.
