pickleboy Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Seemed interesting. I wonder if part of their strategy will be to lower some prices while increasing others (IE Retired sets...see SSD) They had some decent sales near Christmas.http://www.actionfigureinsider.com/toysrus-inc-outlines-tru-transformation-strategy/ Quote
exciter1 Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Well, I think this is key! "improving price perception by developing a clear pricing strategy and simplifying promotional offers" 1 Quote
naf Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 As someone who has only started shopping there over the past couple of years, I really hope they do change their business to be more customer friendly. One of the biggest annoyances with any retailer are discrepencies between the online site and in-store. The prices should match. They got hot prices, sale prices, buy one get one sales that you can only use on certain items, plus the mile long list of exclusions on their coupons, all it really does is work to confuse the customer. Simplify! 1 Quote
